Title This Revival Crusade / Matthew 13:18-23
Contents Today, we would like to share the grace with the title of "This time, this revival meeting". A few months ago, I testified of the Word through the Word in Matthew 13. However, there are many lessons taught in this Word. Like last week's words, I hope that we too will have a revival meeting in which Saul is transformed into Paul. Also, I hope that Peter, who was discouraged and rejected Jesus, will receive power on the Day of Pentecost and be transformed into a spiritual revival meeting.
1. Let's become a revival crusade that digs into my heart.
In his parables, Jesus compared our hearts to a field. Among them, it was compared to the roadside among the fields. The pavement is asphalt and there is a cement floor. Among the highways in Korea, the Gyeongbu Expressway has an asphalt floor and the Jungbu Expressway has a concrete floor. These asphalt floors and concrete floors have a different feel. Our human minds are also different. Read Matthew 13:18 and 19, "Therefore, listen to the parable of the sower. When anyone hears the word of the kingdom of heaven and does not understand it, the evil one comes and takes away what has been sown in his heart, that is, the one sown by the wayside." are doing
2. Let's become a revival meeting that removes stones from our hearts.
3. Let's become a revival meeting that burns the thorns that pierce the inside and outside.
In Matthew 13:22 we read, “Those that are sown among thorns are those who hear the word, but are choked by the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches, and are not determined.” Humans are thorns. The thorns pierce others. He also stabs himself. A person with a field of thorns speaks like thorns and pierces others even when he speaks. Just hearing the word hurts. never speaks. I hope this revival crusade will be a revival crusade that burns thorns. This society is a field of thorns. We live in a field of thorns where we hurt each other and knock each other down. The people of Israel have thorns everywhere. There were many Philistine thorns, Ammon thorns, Moabite thorns, and Assyrian thorns. Ezekiel 28:24 says, “The house of Israel will no longer have a stinging thorn or a painful thorn among those who despise them on all sides, and they will know that I am the Lord GOD.” If there is a thorn in us at this revival meeting, we hope that it will be a heavenly feast that will burn it with the fire of the Holy Spirit.
4. In this revival meeting, our church, family, and myself become the soil and bear fruit.
In Matthew 13:23, it says, "The one that was sown on good soil is the one who hears the word and understands it, and it bears fruit and yields, sometimes a hundredfold, sometimes sixty, sometimes thirty." It bears the fruit of the Holy Spirit that has received the soil. Galatians 5:22-23 says, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law." I pray in the name of the Lord that this spiritual revival meeting will become a heart of good soil in our hearts and that we will have the grace to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit thirty-fold, sixty-fold, and one hundred-fold.
