Title Toward the Vision / Matthew 16:18-20
Church vision (environment): To restore the church image of the Acts of the Apostles to form a community of large and small groups, to establish all believers as ministers as a healthy and prosperous church, to serve the needs of our neighbors and to evangelize the region and the world.
You will remember this parable. The hare and the tortoise had a running race, and who won? The tortoise won! Does the turtle always win? Or does the rabbit win? Who do you think will win? How did the runner, the rabbit, lose and the slugger tortoise won? It does not depend on which animal wins here. The one who always wins knows the goal, and the one who goes toward that goal is destined to win. Do you set goals in life and go out every day? Then you are on the way to a successful life. You will be the one who arrives at the goal like a turtle.
1. The apostolic restoration of the Church
The church today is very different from the original church in the Bible. During the past 2000 years, the traditional church has been swept away by the waves of politics and secularism, and has also tampered with politics. At the same time, the church went through the process of Reformation, but the system of the church was still not reformed. So, the church is still unable to deviate from the center of the large group. 1500 years have passed since the loss of the small group community. Now in America and in other countries where churches are dying, there is an amazing growth of churches restoring lost small group communities.
Now, in order for the church to be used by the Lord like the book of Acts, we must return to the biblical church. Not a church that follows tradition, but a disciple of Jesus who follows the Bible and builds the church that the Lord wanted to build. Jesus said, on this rock I will build my church. Jesus trained and nurtured his disciples for over three years to build a church. I will tell you the details of the church that the Lord wants to establish at the next opportunity. The Lord designed the Church. We must build the church according to His design. That church is the church recorded in the book of Acts.
2. The Church with Two Wings
The church is often compared to an eagle with two wings. Eagles are birds that watch the sun. The church is a person who looks to God who is the light and lives. The eagle has two wings and makes a powerful flight. Soaring high is beautiful. But the eagles these days are not like the eagles of the past. They are attacked and even driven out by magpies. I doubt it's an eagle. It looks like an eagle, but in reality it doesn't live like an eagle. The eagle's dignity and power were lost.

5. Kindness Evangelism and World Mission
Serving the needs of our neighbors is called serving evangelism or kind evangelism. This is what happens when the saints participate. A heart that cleans other people's cars can evangelize kindness. When you are doing kind evangelism, if you ask me why I am doing this, my answer is that I am doing this to show you love in detail. Kindness evangelism occurs when we give love to others and when we help others. Kindness evangelism is showing love. We are doing kindness evangelism because we can show God through kindness and love of service. It is our duty to save our neighbors and spread the gospel to the world. It is the command of the Lord, the head of the church. I will talk more about evangelism through service next time.
