Hymn: New Hymn 164 (old 154) 'Jesus Is Risen'
Meditation: Let me see if I have come to salvation
Confession of Faith: Apostles' Creed
Text: "...Blessed be Hosanna, the one who comes in the name of the Lord..." (Mark 11:1-10)
The cross shows how great our sins are. The size of Jesus' suffering on the cross is the size of my sin. At the same time, the cross shows how great God's love is.
"I love you this much. I love you enough to die." This is the message of the cross.
The cross was necessary because of human sin. If there had been no human transgression, there would have been no need for the cross. Even though God knew the fall of man, He created the tree of knowledge. Because God wanted to give us greater grace through the fall of man.
Without the Fall, our relationship with God would be nothing more than a relationship between a Creator and a creature. But because God bought it with the price of blood, we are no longer mere creatures. We are as precious as the life of God.
Therefore, all we have to do is open our hearts and accept that great love. The key to blessing is to live forever with the Lord in heaven. However, many people come to the church for the things of the earth as they did 2000 years ago. So when it is done, they become proud because of it, and when it does not happen, they become discouraged and leave the church.
As my faith goes up and down, I often fall and fall. Because I couldn't focus. True salvation is to be saved from sin, and to live eternally in heaven receiving the Lord's love.
If that happens, just as if a young boy falls down and gets up again, the center will be firmly centered on Jesus, the center of the cross, and the center of heaven. Think of the cross. And check once again how great the love of the Lord is.
Prayer: I earnestly pray that all the blessed saints who win every day by witnessing the Gospel can become. I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
