Regarding Christ Jesus, who is the firstfruits of being born again, the Bible testifies, “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth” (John 1:14). .
The phrase “the Word became flesh” is the same as the saying that a person is born again. These are words that cannot be understood by the human mind. Therefore, Nicodemus asked, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter into a second mother's womb and be born?” (John 3:4).
That is why Jesus said to Nicodemus, “What is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel at me when I say to you that you must be born again” (John 3:6-7).
The Bible says that God made the Word of God, which was with God, belong together with flesh and blood, so that the Word became flesh and, according to the will of God the Father, the Word died on the cross with the flesh, so that the body of sin was destroyed, and on the third day He was raised from the dead. He raised us to life so that the Son became a perfect son and inherited the Father's kingdom.
It is written, “As for this Son, who was born of the line of David according to the flesh, and was declared the Son of God with power according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead, our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 1:3-4). It is the same as evidence: “While he was in the flesh, he offered up supplications and supplications with loud cries and tears to him who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence. is the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him, and was called by God high priest in the order of Melchizedek” (Hebrews 5:7-10).
Those who are born with the flesh and those who are born with the Spirit are those who are born again, so those who have been born again have a constant battle for good until they kill the deeds of the body through the spirit while they are in the world. As it is written, “The flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit lusts against the flesh, because these two oppose each other, so that you cannot do what you want” (Galatians 5:17).
It is written, “I do not do the good I want, but I do the evil I do not want to do. If I do what I do not want to do, it is not I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. Therefore I have found a law, that is, to do good. Evil is with me, who desires. In my inward man I delight in the law of God, but in my members I see another law waging war against the law of my heart and bringing me captive to the law of sin which is in my members. Thus, the Bible testifies, "For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of immortal seed, by the living and abiding word of God" (1 Peter 1:23).
Therefore, the born-again person is testifying, "He who has the Son has life, and he who does not have the Son of God does not have life" (1 John 5:12), because the seed of man and the seed of God coexist.
To the children of God who heard, saw, and paid attention to, touched with their hands, and the Word became flesh through faith, the Bible says, “Therefore, if you have been raised up with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God. For the things above, and not the things of the earth, for ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
