beautiful
Romans 10:13 Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. 14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? How shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? How shall they hear without a preacher? 15 How shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, Beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.
The most beautiful way to repay God's grace for giving us eternal life is to find lost souls by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and deliver them into God's arms.
Let's open our hands and memorize these five things.
I. God
God the Almighty Creator is holy and loves us.
Revelation 4:8 ... They say without ceasing day and night, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come. You created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.
II. human
All human beings have fallen into sin and are separated from God.
Romans 3:23 All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
III. Jesus Christ
The only way of salvation is Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who came from heaven, shed His blood on the cross to pay for our sins, overcame death, was resurrected, ascended into heaven, and will come again to save us from our sins.
Romans 5:8 God demonstrates his love for us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
IV. repentance and acceptance
If each of us repents of our sins and accepts Jesus Christ as our Savior, we will be saved.
Acts 2:38 Peter said to him, Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
John 1:12 To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
V. Abandoning idols and returning
Ezekiel 20:7 And he said to them, "Put away every abomination that attracts the eye, and do not defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt, for I am the LORD your God."
