<Meditation>
What is 'advent'? It is the season of gathering, praying, and preparing for the most gracious and meaningful reception ahead of Christmas. During this period we try to arrange our inner life and purify our soul. Also, pray to receive the baby Jesus in your heart, repent of your sins, and purify your heart.
This is a story about 'Dostoevskii'.
He was convicted and sentenced to death, but his sentence was commuted and he was sent to Siberia. He was put on a sled in the freezing cold that penetrated to the bone and dragged along with the other prisoners. How unhappy would you feel yourself? I passed in front of my brother's house but couldn't go inside Before arriving in Siberia, on the 24th of Christmas Eve, I entered a small rural police station detention center. One night the jailer looked through the crack in the door and saw a young man sitting upright. It was ‘Dostoevsky’. The jailer told him, “Be patient, because Christ also suffered.” He later said that a word from the jailer was a great comfort to his heart. And I read the New Testament for the first time, which he put in. And I came to know Jesus.
John the Baptist tells us to prepare the way for the Lord. Those who want to receive our Lord into the dwelling place of their hearts will meet the Lord.
<Prayer>
1. Cleanse our hearts to welcome you!
2. The harvest is plentiful, but workers are scarce. Send many faithful co-workers!
