Our Savior and King Philippians 2:11
When Queen Elizabeth of England was a child, her parents spent one day outdoors at Buckingham Palace.
Had a party in the garden. But suddenly the heavy rain poured down
We had to move the party indoors. Elizabeth and her sister were walking around
I went into a room where guests were gathered, and there the two sisters were polite.
I've been bombarded with questions. Then when the conversation was interrupted
Elizabeth took a picture of Jesus on the cross hanging on the wall next to him.
Pointing and saying, "My dad says he's the real king."
said.
The Savior who died for us is “King of kings and Lord of lords”
(1 Timothy 6:15) Elizabeth is right to admit that she rules over us. The day will come when all will kneel and confess His kingship, who rose over death. It can be done voluntarily with a grateful heart, or it can be done by force with an irresistible force (Philippians 2:9-11). But Christ forgives our sins
Although we believe in giving, sometimes we fail to entrust ourselves, all we have, and all of our actions to the Lord's sovereignty.
Have you acknowledged Jesus Christ as your King? Have you accepted Christ as your Savior and Lord? Are you willing to let the Lord take control of your life as well as save you from your sins? Today, fall on your knees before your Sovereign, Jesus, and be a willing servant of thanksgiving. Then you can worship the Lord as your Savior and as your King!
On the amazing night that Jesus was born, God kept the promise of the Savior's birth.
And today, the message of the prophets echoes like this.
The Lord will come again and will rule as King of kings.
If you accept Christ as your Savior, you cannot deny that Christ is also your Lord.
