Title To Resurrection
Content Title: To Resurrection
Bible: Philippians 3:7-12
“Let us eat and drink, for the dead will not rise again, and we will die tomorrow” (1 Corinthians 15:32). This is the philosophy of life that can exist for those who think death is the end. The difference between those who have hope and those who don't is huge. However, if you know God and know His will, there is power in life, and life can be powerful and beautiful. To do this, we need to know Jesus Christ who is our life and hope. I hope that you will achieve the glory of the resurrection that is given to us through the power and work of Jesus Christ.
first ; It is the power of resurrection.
“I was conformed to his death, making known Christ, and the power of his resurrection, and the sharing in his sufferings” (verse 10). The Christian’s view of the afterlife is based on the faith in the resurrection. Among church members, there are those who wish to consider the resurrection faith as an exception. But Christianity is nothing but resurrection. This is because the resurrection is related to the eternal life of Christianity and also brings true peace and joy. The Resurrection is a historical event. We must know that faith in the resurrection is being built upon this event. People killed Jesus and God resurrected him. Here is the power of resurrection. This is the power and power of creation.
Second: The heart of death on the cross.
“Anyway, I seek to reach the resurrection from the dead” (verse 11). The cross speaks of a righteous death. It speaks of the death of the righteous and the revelation of God's righteousness. God's justice is revealed. It was also a sacrificial death with love. It was death to die for. This is the cross. The concrete revelation of God's love was revealed on the cross. And the Bible clearly testifies that this death was voluntary. The living died for the dead, that is, the righteous died for sinners.
Third: Participation in suffering.
“I was conformed to his death, making known Christ, and the power of his resurrection, and the sharing in his sufferings” (verse 10). So he finally makes a precious confession. “I die daily” (1 Corinthians 15:31) is a very precious statement. From every hour to every event he died day by day. Going further, I wanted to die like Christ. The fact is that he wanted not only to live like Christ, but to die like Christ. It is only when we imitate the death of Christ that we can experience that power.
