Title Turn Your Heart to the Lord

Contents Hymns/ 479, 522 chapters

Joshua 24 records how God established Israel, the chosen people.

Introduction

Dear saint!

Have you ever seriously considered how you came to be on this earth?

Joshua explains in detail how God led Israel in the words of his will to the people of Israel.

First: Joshua finds the origin of Israel in Abraham.

Jehovah God came to Abraham, who worshiped other gods, with grace in Ur of the Chaldeans. And he called them to the land of Canaan and made Israel their descendants.

Second: Joshua is talking about Jacob, the father of Israel.

Abraham's son - Isaac had Jacob and Esau. Jacob went down to Egypt by God's grace to live, and there he revealed that he received God's blessing.

Third: Joshua reminds Israel that while they were in slavery in Egypt, he sent Moses, the man of God, to save his people and bring them out of Egypt.

Fourth: It is said that Jehovah God was the one who guarded Israel for 40 years in the wilderness and miraculously won numerous battles.

Fifth: It is also pointed out that Jehovah God Himself is the one who freely gave the land of Canaan, a land that Israel had never built, without any toil, as a blessing. Therefore, Joshua is pointing out that Israel is a being that could not be born without Jehovah God from the beginning, and that apart from him, they could not live even a single moment.

conclusion

Dear saint!

When Joshua says that all the origins of Israel are in God, do you believe that God also sent you into this world, that He will guide you, and that He will be with you in the future? Therefore, we must believe in the fact that there is God's grace and working hand at the beginning and at the end of the saints. -Amen-

Prayer: Our Lord Jesus Christ! I believe that the Lord is the beginning of my life.
