Well Being
(Psalm 84:10-12; Acts 26:24-29)
In the past, living in a good environment and in a good house while eating healthy food was called well-being. But now, the quality of life is improved, and a life full of reward and joy is called well-being. Today, I would like to testify about the well-being of the saints.(...)
There is no one in the world without regrets. However, that regret is not based on the past, but on the present dissatisfaction.(...) And there is no one who is not dissatisfied with the present. This dissatisfaction is not because of the present, but because of the gloomy, opaque or unprofitable nature of the future. This kind of life is not well-being.(...) Well-being is being satisfied with and grateful for one's current status, possessions, and circumstances.
Jesus' ministry was to preach the gospel. It was to proclaim the grace of God by liberating the captives, giving sight to the blind, and liberating the oppressed. Because of this, He suffered and died on the cross. But your life was well-being.
Acts 2:42 shows the early church. After receiving the apostles' teachings, they devoted themselves to fellowship, breaking of bread, and only praying... Those who believed were in agreement and praised God with joy and pure heart... The early church was a well-being church. Then, what is the well-being of the saints?(...)
① It is a life of longing for the temple.
David missed the tabernacle of God.(...) The hometown of the heart of the saints is the church. Through this church, the saints gain strength.(...)
② It is a life of receiving grace and evangelism.
Paul was persecuted for preaching Jesus. But he was happy.(...) Well-being is living with a heart that hopes that everyone will be like me while giving thanks for my found in grace and sharing this gospel with everyone.(...)
③ Let's make a well-being church (well-being church member).
Well-being is a well-being church where there is a fervent prayer to God, where I can serve, and where I can practice faith, and a life where holy fellowship, conversion, reconciliation, love and sharing are shared through such a church. Amen.
