Verse 13

raiment = the mantle given to this day; not only for debt, but as a token that a business promise will be kept.

Verse 14

oppress = defraud. Compare Leviticus 19:13.

and setteth = and he lifteth up.

his heart = his soul. Hebrew. nephesh. App-13.
