言中正人, unjungjeongin
There are a lot of new words among young people these days. Do you know what the male-female ratio is? It means that the reason men exist is to please women. I also coined a neologism.
It is a person who is honest in words, a person who speaks words, a person in the middle, a person in the middle. It means that you are a word-centered and upright person. This is the evaluation of the person God saw. “All have turned aside, and one thing has become useless; there is no one who does good, not even one” (Romans 3:12). To be biased is to lean to one side. A person who is biased is not a useful person, and therefore cannot do good.
God tells Joshua not to turn to the left or to the right. Do not let the center of power tilt to the left or right, and do not lose fairness.
What kind of leadership is required in this era? Neither conservative nor liberal. A person who is skewed to the left does not understand the right, and a person who is skewed to the right does not understand the left. For those who lean to the left or right, it is impossible to lead the fusion of this generation, where East and West are divided, North and South are divided, and the separation between classes is serious.
Conservatives and progressives, left and right, are the most serious conflict structures that represent our society. But if you think about it, it's not just liberals, it's not just conservatives. Progress alone has its limits, and conservatives have limits only with conservatives.
As we often say, there is a truth. However, having only the facts cannot become the truth. The truth is truth only when you have ten li (十里).
We learned about reading when we were in school. It is to do extensive reading and thorough reading. You should read not only liberal books, but also conservative books. You need to read a book from various angles to become an unbiased person. The media is also biased. The Internet generation does not read newspapers, and the newspaper generation does not read the Internet. When a person who only reads newspapers and someone who only reads the Internet meet, they fight. Everyone is under the illusion that they are the only ones who are right. We try to eradicate people who think differently from us and create a world where only people like us live.
The saints should peruse the Bible and find the path we should take from the Bible. “Listen, my son, and be wise, and direct your heart in the right way” (Proverbs 23:19).
Eonjungjeongin is neither left nor right, but is a word-centered person who loves the word of truth. God says, “Do not turn to the left or to the right.” Is progress a bad thing? What's wrong with being constantly refreshed? Is the pay bad? Is the pay unconditionally lame? Why is it bad to preserve the good? Only grace is the best, and the truth is not necessary? Jesus was full of “grace and truth.” When progressives move forward, they become conservatives, and when conservatives move forward, they become progressives. He said, “I will bring to nothing the wisdom of the wise, and the understanding of the understanding” (1 Corinthians 1:19). God invalidates human thought.
God says, “Turn not to the right or to the left, but turn your feet from evil” (Proverbs 4:27). To lean to the right or to the left is evil. Claiming that only you are right is only evidence of a narrow frame of thinking.
“The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt and their deeds are abominable, and there is no one who does good. The Lord looked down from heaven to see if there were any who had understanding and were seeking God. There is no one who has become unclean and does good, not even one” (Psalm 14:1-3).
What will happen if you become a non-jung Jeong-in? There is a promise from God.
When you become an unconcerned person, you prosper.
“Only be strong and very courageous, keeping and doing all the law that Moses my servant commanded you; do not turn to the left or to the right, so that you may prosper wherever you go” (verse 7). It means everything is going well.
British Prime Minister Churchill went to the bathroom. The politically opposing Labor leader was urinating. Churchill goes to the toilet farthest from him to urinate, and the Labor leader sees Churchill and says, "Are you so afraid of me?" And I quarreled even in the bathroom.
Then Churchill said, "Aren't you the kind of person who sees big things and makes them your own?"
Only those who have ears to hear what they say will hear. The Labor Party leader laughed at Churchill the moment he heard it. It is said that Jungkook, who had been frozen, melted from then on, and the bill was handled well.
Don't lean to the left. Let's not lean to the right either. Let's be the eunuchs with a biblical mindset. If you do, you will prosper. The word “middle” is very good. There is no bias towards either side. If you lean to the left, you will freeze to death, if you lean to the right, you will die of hotness, but if you walk in the middle, it is a mild spring day that is neither too cold nor too hot.
The crystal-clear water of life flows in the middle of the road. The tree of life, which springs forth from the throne of God and of the Lamb, on the left and right of the river flowing with the water of life, bears twelve kinds of fruit, and there is no more curse upon it (Rev 22:1-3). I hope that you will become a courteous person and all things will go well.
When you become an eunjungjeongin, you are flat.
“Do not let this book of the law depart from your mouth, and meditate on it day and night, and observe all that is written in it, so that you may make your way smooth” (verse 8).
Flat means flat. It's not bumpy. Flat means straight. It is not bent. It is flat when things work out without being cluttered or twisted. For people who lean to the left or to the right, there are many twists and turns along the way. I keep bumping. A person skewed to the left collides with the right, and a person skewed to the right collides with the left.
At breakfast, the husband, who was upset after hearing his wife upset his stomach, threw away his spoon and went out, but he threw his anger at the cans lying around in the yard. The dog was hit by a can and gabbled, so this time he kicked the dog. My wife ran out and said, "Why are you kicking a dog? Rather, kick me!" “I can’t get enough of a car!” I kicked it, but what should I do... my rib is broken. On the way to the man, there is a can, and the dog may say hello, but since people are inclined to anger, a small problem has led to a major accident.
I talked about Churchill before, but this is the second part. The prime minister, who had to go to Parliament and give a speech, arrived 30 minutes late. As I entered the conference room, people from the opposition parties murmured how they knew Congress and were late for 30 minutes. As Churchill scratched his head, “I had a pretty wife and I couldn’t get up early. From now on, I will use each room the day before I come to the council.” The council burst into laughter.
Word-centered people do not collide with anyone. “The path of the righteous is upright; the upright Lord makes straight the path of the righteous” (Isaiah 26:7). John the Baptist was sent by God to make straight the way of the Lord (Matthew 3:3). If the road is flat and smooth, don't lean too far. If you become a non-jungjeongin, the path for the rest of your life will be smooth.
When you become an eunjungjeongin, God is with you.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (verse 9).
These words are God's words of encouragement to Joshua as he set out to conquer Canaan. Encouragement is the power that strengthens those who are standing and lifts those who have fallen. Encouragement rides the heart and gives strength to the soul. There is no encouraging encouragement as God says, “Wherever you go, I am with you.”
The word “encourage” literally means “to give a heart”. The word that God is with you is giving you the heart of God. To believe that God is with me means to have the heart of God.
The apostle Paul said, “God is my witness of how I long for you all with the heart of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:8). “Jesus, as you are in me and I in you, so they may all be Hannah in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me” (John 17:2).
The thought that God is with me is a person who has the heart of God implanted in him. Equip the heart of Jesus Christ like the Apostle Paul. Eonjungjeongin is not biased and is God-centered and Word-centered. God is with that person. When God's warm encouragement permeates my body, courage springs up and a ladder of hope is built.
It was the power of the words, “Surely I will be with you” (Exodus 3:12) that made Moses a great leader. The God of Moses said to Joshua, "No one will be able to withstand you all the days of your life, just as I was with Moses, I will never leave you nor forsake you. Be strong..." (Joshua 1:5-6). I hope that you will become a courteous person and receive the grace that God is with you.
A three-time mayor of New York City in the United States, Mayor Fiorello of LaGuardia was such a revered leader that there is an airport named after him in his honor. An old man was brought to court one cold winter day while he was serving as a night judge in New York City. His crime was that he was caught stealing bread.
When the judge asked him to tell him why he stole the bread, the old man wept and said, "I'm sorry. I was so hungry that I stole the bread without realizing it.” The old man wept and sincerely asked for forgiveness.
The judge gave the verdict. “The situation is pitiful, but there are no exceptions to the law. A $10 fine.” Then he pulled $20 out of his wallet and said, “I ate good food while the hungry old man was stealing bread. pay the fine for that crime. All of you here are also guilty. It's a crime for not helping an old man stealing bread because he was hungry. I also fine you 50 cents each.” The judge gave the charity hat to the police and ordered them to collect the fine. The money collected was 47 dollars and 50 cents, and the money was passed on to the old man.
God tells us to be polite, and He says, “Be strong, do not be afraid and do not be dismayed.” God-centered, Word-centered people are not afraid.
If you become an idiot, you will surely prosper. It will be flat wherever you go. God is with you.
