Title: “All Secrets”
Contents
Therefore, whoever knows all secrets, whatever is true, godly, just, pure, loving, praiseworthy, preaching, witnessing, and doing with the heart of Christ (Philippians 4:8-9). This man is a servant of God and one who has been entrusted with the mystery of God (1 Corinthians 4:1). You are a blessed person (Psalm 1:1).
First, they think what they are doing is “precious”.
“Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as to the Lord, and not to men” (Colossians 3:23). We live with the heart of the Lord who gave Himself on the cross for us (sinners) (Philippians 2:5-11) and live a life of love and service as we do for Him (Ephesians 5:15-6-9). Those who are proud of what they are doing and who regard it as the most precious thing in whatever they do are those who have been called. What is the most precious thing in the world? Life. It's about saving people. People of faith and those who know grace do precious things. So Dr. Albert Schweitzer said, “The greatest heresy in Christianity is not a doctrinal heresy, but a lack of love for the brother. The truth of Christianity revealed in the Sermon on the Mount is a declaration of love. It doesn't matter whether you believe in miracles or not, or whether you are a triune God or not. God is love. If I do not love African-Americans, how can I be saved, and how can I say that I am a man of faith?”
Second, they consider what they are doing “easy”.
Where in the world is it easy? Nothing in the world is easy. When I try to do it, it is difficult and difficult. But nothing is impossible if our Lord is with us (Philippians 4:13). The secret of being content in any belongs to the Lord. We are only enlightened, we believe and obey. We must leave everything to the Lord. When is it easy? The word easy is when we live according to the principle, the principle of faith, when we live according to the Word of God. Teaching according to the Word and doing according to the Word. If you think on your own, it is hard work, and if you do it according to the Word, it becomes sanctuary. Guys, what are you doing right now? Are you happy?
Third, they say that what they do is “fun”.
Paul confesses that we are happy even if we die for the work of the Lord. “If I offer my drink offering on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I will rejoice and rejoice with all of you. In the same way, rejoice and rejoice with me” (Philippians 2:17-18). The saved saints are happy people (Deuteronomy 33:29). Since we have received eternal life, living is grace. Even looking at the sky or seeing a single flower is grace. Being alive is grace.
Therefore, we must rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in everything (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). A person who does not have the joy of salvation is a fake. It's fake. A person who despairs, a person who is discouraged, is a person who is ignorant of God. God never forsakes those who please Him. When the joy of the Lord becomes my joy, that person is a successful person and has been called. God judges those who act with true joy. Hallelujah!!
