Title: Don't sue!
I believe that God will bless you today.
Jews usually do not sue in public courts.
So whenever there is a dispute between them, the village elders,
I solved it in front of the elders of the church.
And to them, justice means more than the spirit of law.
It was a problem that had to be solved by the spirit of the family.
In fact, the law of Israel was like this
It was expressly forbidden to sue in the courts of the Gentiles.
Because suing in the courts of the world is given to them
Because they thought they were blaspheming God's law.
But the Greeks did the exact opposite.
They were a litigation-loving people by nature.
So the Greeks were actually famous for really enjoying litigation.
And he was notorious for such things.
So once you get caught by them, you're amputated.
If you look around us, we like lawsuits like this.
I see them occasionally. Right here in the mission field
I filed a lawsuit first and continued tedious trial
You waste a lot of money for no benefit, and in the end
There have been cases where people were shot and killed by the other side.
Once upon a time, there was a man who liked to sue.
This guy can't stand anything. and then with the people around
Continues to quarrel.
And, this must be followed by accusations.
Subsequent consequences are frequent fines.
So, the more drugs, the more angry. In the end, a war of revenge
is going So, after fighting like that, the last thing you do is yourself
I saw him go to jail.
I would like to introduce a fact that is actually happening in Busan these days.
A difficulty arose among the members of one church.
So, the church is incredibly strong.
So, they make offensive remarks to each other and feud
The quarrel intensified. They are fighting each other recklessly.
Now the authority of the session has fallen to the ground.
They became involved and could not be free from quarrels and strife.
It has become very difficult.
Therefore, the presbytery establishes a plenipotentiary committee, and the provisional moderator
I made them exercise the problems of the church in the future.
However, the problem is that even in the judgments of the plenipotentiaries after that,
Neither side agrees.
So now that plenipotentiary committee has become useless in the end.
As a result, the church loses its discipline and discipline from the session.
I fell into a vacuum.
In the end, the matter of this church was brought to the courts of the world.
I was brought to court and tried.
Coincidentally, the judge in charge of the trial was right next door.
He was an ordained deacon of another neighboring church. They usually go to each other
He was a neighbor I knew all too well.
Everyone had no choice but to be embarrassed in front of this ordained deacon.
However, it was not easy for this ordained deacon to clearly judge this.
It was a really difficult matter to easily pick up one side and decide whether it was right or wrong.
Because, while both sides shout out their faith and conscience, the fault lies beyond
claiming that there is. It got very difficult.
So, in the end, I decided to “hold judgment”.
Perhaps there is such a judgment.
Everyone! What is this? How ashamed are you?
How bad is that? The incident of this church is not only in the Busan area, but also
It has become a hot topic even across the country.
In the end, time is wasted, money is wasted, people are lost,
They even lost all their honor, and they only deepened a deep emotional gap between each other.
Too deep to recover.
Everyone! This is by no means the image of believers.
Everyone! What is the existence of our believers?
In the future we will have enough authority to judge the world and even the angels.
They are endowed beings.
In verses 2 and 3 of the text, he says this.
Do you not know that the saints will judge the world?
If you will be judged, are you not worthy to judge the smallest thing?
3) Don't you know that we will judge the angels?
If that's the case, then what of the world
Everyone! What does this word mean?
Currently, our members are teaching the world through a life of light.
It means to judge the injustice of the world through the gospel.
And eschatologically, our Lord Jesus Christ
At His Second Coming, now our saints will judge the world with the Lord.
that he will become king and rule the world
This is what it means. (Matthew 19:28, Revelation 20:4,6).
Everyone! The teaching of today's Word is that believers should not fight,
The basic spirit is not to expose it outside the church even if there is a fight.
That is why disputes between believers should be resolved within the church as much as possible.
There is more to lose than gain by litigating in world courts.
First, it cannot be edified.
And second, it interferes with evangelism.
And it suffers a lot of property damage.
Westerners have a habit of appealing to the law even for the smallest things.
I'm very used to suing.
In the United States, it is said that there is one lawyer for every 300 people.
This custom of Westerners reflects the trend of legal disputes among the people of Corinth.
It is reflecting. We believers, together with our neighbors
You must live in peace.
With little things among believers, it is easy to appeal to the law and sue
You should refrain from doing anything frivolous.
In any case, this should first be resolved within the church.
The courts of the church exist for this purpose.
But the problem is that a person called a church member can use a scary weapon
If you have many intentions to harm others or inflict damage to other people's property,
And if you are recklessly doing illegal things,
And even those who call themselves clergy are nothing more than gangsters.
If there are those who take action, and the church
If you do not have any physical power to sanction it,
In this case, it is inevitable to appeal to the laws of the world.
It could lead to a dilemma.

We are using the dichotomy method.
Everyone! We are now over halfway through the Lent season.
And now we are one week away from Holy Week.
We are here hanging high on the cross for the salvation of our people.
The suffering of our Lord, who tore his body and shed his blood alone
I hope you can take a look.
How are we believers supposed to live?
We must first establish our relationship with our holy God.
You have to normalize it.
You must repent thoroughly and build up the virtue of godliness.
And amongst our believers,
And, as far as possible, in our relations with our neighbors outside the church.
We should put aside our quarrels with each other and avoid frequent accusations or accusations.
