Title: Don't Give Up on Prayer

<Who is the Lord? >

Why is the gospel called the gospel? First, because if you believe in Jesus, you will be saved and given eternal life for free. Second, because the gospel gives many blessings besides the blessing of salvation. Third, because the gospel can benefit even the most wicked sinners. Fourth, the blessing of the gospel lasts forever. As such, the blessings of the gospel are infinite, but remember the sacrifice on the cross that led to that blessing and resurrect a high-quality life that knows how to pay the price. Only then will we understand the true meaning of the gospel.

In order to deeply understand the meaning of the gospel, you must know who the Lord is. Who is the Lord? First, the Lord is the Lord of life. It is passed from death to life through the Lord (verse 24). In the Lord is true life (verse 26). Also, the saints who died after being saved by receiving Jesus will be resurrected when they hear the voice of the Lord who has returned (verse 28). As the Lord is the source of life, believers must live a life full of vitality.

Second, the Lord is the Lord of judgment. God has entrusted all judgment to His Son (verse 22). That is not to say that the Lord will throw the wicked into hell, but that the Lord is the standard of judgment. Without the Lord there is no judgment, without the Lord there is judgment. Furthermore, blessings and curses, successes and failures differ depending on how well you have served the Lord. After all, the life that puts the Lord at the center of your heart is the most successful life, and the life that serves the Lord as a facade is the life of the most failure.

Third, the Lord is the Lord of prayer. If you look at the text, you can feel how much the Lord has developed a deep personal relationship with God through prayer. When we have personal fellowship with God in prayer, we can see what God wants (verse 19). You also have discernment of what God is doing (verse 20), and God's power flows through you (verse 21). Be holy brides who build a deep relationship with God through a life of constant prayer.

<Don't give up on prayer>

In the old days, a word that was questioned by saying “Well!” is unconditionally “Amen!” And I accepted it, and every day I read the text verse 25 aloud into my son's ear. “The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.” A month passed and the son did not move. It did not move even after two months, it did not move even after 70 days and 80 days, and it did not move even after 85 days and 86 days. But on the 87th day, when the father read the words aloud, the focus returned to the son's eyes and consciousness was restored.

Never give up on prayer. Prayer is never in vain, and one day it will surely bear fruit. David prayed for 25 years to build the temple, but after 25 years, God's answer was "No!" So, was his prayer in vain? no. Although the visible temple was not built, he gave us better blessings so that we could become the ancestors of the Messiah. The way God gives is so mysterious. Never underestimate the blessings and power of prayer.

Never give up on prayer. No blessings come easily. Blessings that are easily given are usually Satan's bait. To be truly blessed, you must be able to overcome obstacles. If there is an obstacle, a person who fails will stumble over that obstacle, and grace, blessings, and answers will come. In the end, only those who persevere and wait patiently and dedicate themselves to the end will receive grace. Persistent prayer is never in vain.
