Title: A Day to Be Grateful for Your Answers
On the day of my entreaty you answered me, and you encouraged my soul to give thanks (Psalm 138:3).
In a village in Japan, there was a Christian who had about a thousand fruit trees. Around the time the fruit began to bear fruit, strange bugs appeared and they began to multiply rapidly. I frantically tried to catch the bugs, but they were getting more and more common and there was no way to do it. No effort was made to no avail. The Christian prayed to God. The whole family stayed up all night praying to God to get rid of the bugs. Then before dawn, hundreds of unknown birds flew over and ate up all the insects.
This widely known true story shows that when the saints pray earnestly, God answers them with God's only solution. In addition, through the answers, He comforts the souls of the saints and increases their faith. Just as the prophet Jeremiah said, “Call to me, and I will answer you, and I will show you great and mighty things that you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3), we can have the joy of knowing God more and more through answers to prayers. You can enjoy it. God wants to hear our cry in the life given today. I hope that you will have a day of thanksgiving through the work of God who answers that cry.
Help the members of the spirituality to receive answers to all the prayers that they cry out in the given place and time of their lives and to trust in the Lord even more today, in the name of Jesus. Amen
