◎ Text summary and background
1. Raising talented people ( 21)
It is important who you raise the officers of the church. It doesn't mean that you are given a job unconditionally, but you need to hire someone who can handle the job. In the Bible, it is said that charitable virtue raised up the humble. In other words, when a respected person who is spiritually and morally qualified takes on the work, the church is firmly established. If you set up a person who opposes it, you will rather destroy the church. How do you know someone who is talented?
2. The ordinances and laws must also teach us what to do and what to do, ( 16.20)
It is not easy to set up a team of one person. In order to build a team, you need to educate. If you raise a person who is not educated, you may become a person who is zealous for work and then gets tired of work and collapses on his own. It must be taught thoroughly. If we disobey the teachings, we give them a position in recognition of their face, which is rather murderous. We must bear the task of saving lives by teaching the word of God, whether in season or out of season.
3. Let them judge (22)
I made it possible for people with talent to solve the problems that they think they can handle on their own, few problems and private disputes. However, they must solve the problem and report the solution. Because that's how you know what's going on. When I set up the workers like that, Moses had less work to do. This is the true model of the Church. He gave the thunder to all of us the ability to handle this. I hope that you can be loyal as you are entrusted with your position.
