Title: Evangelist's Conditions

Qualifications of Evangelists (Romans 1:14)
I am indebted to both Greeks and barbarians, both wise and foolish (Romans 1:14).
Many Christians believe that evangelism requires worldly success and moral perfection. However, the qualifications of an evangelist are not being successful in the world or living a morally perfect life. The evangelist must be a sinner. Evangelists must be beggars. The evangelist must be a debtor.
Only sinners can be evangelists. Only those who know that they are sinners before God can become evangelists. The Apostle Paul was the most zealous and powerful evangelist because he knew that he was the greatest sinner before God.
“This is a faithful saying, worthy of all acceptance, that it is said that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief” (1 Timothy 1:15). A person who is a great sinner before God and has the conviction that his sins have been forgiven through the blood of Jesus on the cross becomes an evangelist. Evangelism is never done by people with perfect personalities. As you evangelize, your character and personality will gradually change.
Only beggars can be evangelists. In order to evangelize, we must use our time, materials, and talents. Heaven and God can only be seen with the eyes of faith. Therefore, in order to evangelize to unbelievers who do not yet have faith, we must give what we see. We must use our time, our devotion, and our material resources to serve. At that time, unbelievers will see what the invisible God is doing through the evangelist. Evangelism requires time and material. Only those who acknowledge that everything they have is not mine, but God's, can generously use what they have for evangelism. What we have is God-given. Everything is given by God, and if we take away what God has given us, we are beggars.
Only debtors can evangelize. The Apostle Paul called himself a debtor to the gospel. All who believe in Jesus owe the gospel. Debts must be paid off. Those who owe the gospel must pay the debt of the gospel. Because we received the Gospel through someone, we also need to share the Gospel with someone else. Things in the world are going well, and people who are morally perfect and have a good character do not evangelize. If you evangelize, things in the world will go well. When you evangelize, you become morally perfect and your character and character develop. Therefore, we must throw away the idea that evangelism is only possible when everything is perfect. God uses weak and needy people to accomplish His will.
