Sermons for Preaching

Title: Everything You Do (Deuteronomy 2:1-9)

The charm of our life of faith lies in salvation.

This is because the emotion of salvation is the greatest emotion in life.

Another attraction of our religious life lies in answering prayers.

The answer to prayer that satisfies my needs is God's grace, blessing, and love.

“The Lord… enter and find it” (Deuteronomy 1:8).

"May the LORD your God multiply you..." (Deuteronomy 1:10)

“Blessed be the Lord God, your father…” (Deuteronomy 1:11)

The verse shows that this channel of grace is being opened from God.

However, in our life of faith, even after receiving the thrill of salvation, blessings, and prayers answered, we are hungry

living unhappily

“The LORD your God has given you, so go up and obtain it” (Deuteronomy 1:21).

“But you did not like to go up, you disobeyed the command of the LORD your God…” (Deuteronomy 1:26)

He refused and disobeyed what he had given, so he lost his happiness.

And God has given us confidence and courage in our lives.

“I tell you, do not be afraid of them, do not be afraid” (Deuteronomy 1:29).

“The Lord your God…will fight for you” (Deuteronomy 1:30).

“The Lord your God embraces you in your journey” (Deuteronomy 1:31b).

God has promised to protect and protect our lives.

But life says, "In this you did not believe in the LORD your God" (Deuteronomy 1:32).

In this way, we lose everything because we do not enjoy the blessings God has given us and do not believe in them.

abandoned it

As a result, we have had an unhappy life.

1) "...no one will see the good land on which he swore" (Deuteronomy 1:35)

2) "The LORD... became angry and said, You shall not enter it either" (Deuteronomy 1:37).

3) “The Amorites who dwell in that hill country… pursue you and strike you from Mount Seir” (Deuteronomy 1:44).

4) "...we weep, but the LORD does not hear you..." (Deuteronomy 1:45)

1. Don't make an argument over trivial things, and always be at peace.

"Do not quarrel with them" (Deuteronomy 2:5), "Do not trouble Moab" (Deuteronomy 3:9)

As people go through life, they have complaints, dissatisfaction, and resentment due to various things.

Because of that, small things can become controversial.

However, under any circumstances, do not quarrel and achieve reconciliation.

If you only put up your own position and bring up an argument, you will become another enemy and a bigger test subject.

arises

2. Be clear on the merits and maintain a solid relationship with each other.

“With money you shall buy food from them, and with money you shall buy water from them and drink” (Deuteronomy 2:6).

It is not easy to find water on the desert road or the wilderness road, and it is not easy to get food either.

It may not be a big deal for me, but from his point of view, it can be like life.

So just because I can do it doesn't mean I'm doing anything

On the contrary, the lessons should be made clear.

3. What are the blessings of doing so?

"The LORD your God will bless you in all that you do...

The LORD has been with you these forty years, and you lack nothing” (Deuteronomy 2:7).

We believe that everything we do is the thrill of salvation and the blessing God has given us.

We must always believe and be thankful that it is the answer to prayer, and live with courage and conviction today.
