“All the world is mine; if they will listen to me and keep my covenant, then you will be mine among the nations, and you will become a kingdom of priests to me and a holy people” (19:5,6).
God's hope for mankind is to redeem all peoples of the world. In order to accomplish this will, God chose the people of Israel in the midst of the great redemption process, and when they groaned as slaves in Egypt, the hand of power was stretched out at the time of the Exodus.

8. What should believers do when faced with hardship and adversity?
As we learn from Genesis, when Joseph was a slave in Egypt, seventy Jacob's families went down to Egypt. Many years have passed since then. The people of Israel were very fruitful and multiplied and matured and became mighty. At first, it was a precious guest for Egypt and the king of Pharaoh. However, as we see in today's sermon, they have strategized themselves as slaves. The nation, not Bunnam, was on the verge of extinction.
1.Israel became very powerful and prosperous (1-7)
The family that came down to Egypt with Jacob has grown into a large family over many years. The patriotic life of the Irsareng D people was a preparation for being born into a great nation in God's grand economy. Israel's prosperity was the fulfillment of God's promise to their ancestors. God never broke a promise.
2. Israel being abused (8-14)
The times and people who welcomed Israel as a precious guest passed with the passage of time. King Saeorun of Egypt was terrified when the people of Israel became very powerful. Eventually, the Israelites became slaves to Egypt and suffered. However, contrary to the will of the king of Egypt, the more they were abused, the more Israel prospered.(12)
Even while Israel suffered from the abuse of King Pharaoh, God was working among them and carrying out God's will. The abuse they received was also God's work in Abraham's midst, and God's will was being accomplished. We must look to the God who is working there. Christians must be those who discover God's will in the midst of adversity, overcome them with faith, and return the spirit to God with good fruit. Even in the midst of suffering, we must realize God's will and grow steadily while receiving power and love.
3. God gave grace to the midwives (15-22)
Memory Verse “The midwives feared God, and God made their house prosperous” (21).
