* Patriotic and Patriotic Sacrifice Spirit (Far East Broadcasting, 5-minute column)
I earnestly pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that God's grace and peace be with you, your families, workplaces, businesses, and your children who are watching Far East Broadcasting from the equator and foreign lands leaving their homeland.
May is called Family Month. In particular, living in a foreign land, a family overflowing with faith, hope, and love is God's most blessed gift, and you will live a more grateful life.
Now June is the month of patriotism and patriotism. June 6 is Memorial Day to commemorate the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country and people.
June 25th is the day when the tragedy of comradery, which was the most unfortunate suffering in the history of our nation along with the Japanese colonies, occurred. And to this day, South and North Korea are still in a state of ceasefire and the tragedy of division continues.
Therefore, even though we leave our homeland and live in a foreign land, we should rather live with the heart of patriotism and patriotism. There are two main things we need to do in particular.
First, we must always pray earnestly for our country and people.
Second, we must nurture the children God has given us to be good people who will serve our country and nation in the future. We need to instill in our children a sense of patriotism along with faith from an early age.
Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again to save all mankind from the powers of sin, death and hell.
Therefore, as disciples of Jesus Christ, our children should have a sense of patriotism by serving, devoting, and sacrificing for the country and people along with faith.
We can remember Dr. Ahn Jung-geun as one of the great men who bore the cross for the country and people with faith and patriotism.
At that time, Japan colonized Korea. It was also a powerful power that invaded China, occupied Manchuria, and waged war with Russia. Hirobumi Ito was the supreme hero of Japanese imperialism. However, Ahn Jung-geun judged him at Harbin Station.
At that time, the most shocking thing to me when I heard this news was Wen Se-gai (Yuan Sky), the President of China. China was also desperate for Japanese aggression, and I was very surprised that a young Korean, a small peninsular country, already being colonized, did such a daring thing. He also complained that there were no such young people in China, the world's most populous country.
So, for Dr. Ahn Jung-geun, the president of Se-gae Won, I wrote a poem in 7 words and 4 lines in Chinese.

The flames of justice must be ignited against the evil Kim Jong-il hereditary communist dictatorship that oppresses our compatriots in North Korea. And the flames of love for North Korean compatriots who are oppressed must be kindled.
Many great people must be produced before liberating North Korea, peaceful reunification of North and South Korea, and establishment of a new Christian state on the peacefully reunified Korean Peninsula.
We need to nurture people who stand out in each field of the international community, such as Dr. Ahn Jung-geun, who have outstanding skills, along with great faith and patriotism.
Then, in the future, I believe that the second Joseph, Moses, David, Esther, and Daniel will come out of our diaspora Korean Christian families, praised by the leaders and people of China, Japan, Russia, the United States, Britain, and all over the world.
