Title: Faith is never in vain.
Isaiah (112) Faith is never in vain (Isaiah 45:18-25)
<Look only at God>
Fort many people seek blessings. It's not wrong. The problem is that we seek blessings to satisfy our desires by any means and without any good purpose or vision. To receive true blessings, you must first establish the right values in the Word.
The same is true when raising children. Rather than urging their children to take first place, parents should instill good values and teach them how to live righteously before God rather than earning a lot of money and being successful. Also, we need to realize how precious it is to live according to the Word in a world that does not choose any means for success. Children who are raised through the Word and prayer will never go down the path of destruction.
One American judge confessed: “Of the 4,800 or so juvenile offenders I dealt with, not one of them had faithful church-going parents.” Do your best to discipline your children, but become parents who entrust their future to God. Above all, live with sincere faith and only look to God. Why should we live in hope of only God? Because God is the Creator of all things (verse 18).
How mysterious are God's creations? There are about 200 billion stars in one galaxy in the universe, and there are hundreds of billions of such galaxies, so the vastness of the universe is beyond imagination. Of all the stars, Earth is the only one with birds, fish, flowers, and butterflies. Among the many stars, why did only Earth have rivers, seas, air, and life? Because God designed it to be that way. For whom? It's for us. God has given us the earth as a gift.
A rabbit house is built by humans for rabbits, a kennel is built by humans for dogs, and a garage is built by humans for cars. As such, the earth was created by God to be inhabited by humans. So how many mysterious scenes are there? See the evening sunset. How beautiful are you? When the water vapor in the sky catches the sunlight, it spreads out into a beautiful rainbow of red, green, and blue. God made it so that you can see and enjoy it all. What a beautiful gift from God.
"Faith is never in vain"
The earth is now very polluted. It is still beautiful, but how beautiful would the new heaven and new earth, heaven, be? It was also made by God for us (John 14:1-3). Now, sooner or later, I will go to that heaven and live. How heartbreaking is that? Also, how thankful are we that believers in the future can meet again in heaven? Now, for everything, look only to God and live with thanksgiving, and then pass away with thanks again.
God's promises are sure to come true, and our faith is never in vain, and the future is also guaranteed (verse 19). So how important is faith? By what is a person justified? We are justified when we come to God (verses 24-25).
Fortress people don't really believe in anything. If you don't believe it, you'll think you're smart and constantly question yourself. Then you will not believe anything and you will have no peace of mind. If you really want peace, at some point your faith will take root. “I don’t understand everything and I still have questions, but I believe in God and His Word.” Without such a confession, life becomes pain and despair. Because nothing can be trusted. If you understand everything to believe, you will not believe anything. Faith is beyond understanding.
God swore to Himself that He would keep His promises (verse 23). So, look to God. Although we are weak, God is strong. We may be powerless, but God is powerful. When God is with us, even through weak people, miraculous works can be seen. Now strike the mountain of despair to crumble, turn the hills of arrogance to ashes, sweep away the pits of despair and despondency, and rise and shine. If God, who does not break the promise of blessing, is with us, we can overcome any situation and have victory.
