Title: Faith Leading to Salvation...?
Why is God not called the Lord of Heaven and His Son is called the Lord of Heaven? It may not seem like a big deal, but if you are a believer, you need to know these trivial things properly so that you can continue your life of faith. Since those who teach the Bible today do not properly teach these facts to the saints (actually, they do not teach them well because they do not know them well), those who listen to the Word are causing a lot of confusion about God and His Son.
The reason we do not call God the Lord of Heaven, but call His Son the Lord of Heaven is that God exists as a spirit, and although it is invisible to people, he cannot be with people (sinners). However, his son came in the same form as a human being, so he is capable of being with humans (sinners). Therefore, we must first believe that the Father is not the Father, but His Son. In terms of order, it is because the order is correct only when you meet the father through the son.
However, many people ignore this procedure and think, “Even if you go to Moro, you only need to go to Seoul”, thinking that regardless of whether you call on God or the name of your son, if you believe, you will be saved unconditionally. If the order is reversed, God's purpose in giving humans laws first and living under them becomes meaningless. And the purpose of sending His Son to save mankind from their sins in the future is also lost, and the grace is halved.
Such a thing actually happened in the religious life of the Jews. According to what is recorded in the Bible, they misunderstood that if they went to the temple in Jerusalem unconditionally and offered all kinds of great sacrifices to the Lord God according to the law, that would be faith, and that their sins would be forgiven and all would have eternal life. However, we know well today that all of the sacrifices and offerings they offered were merely rehearsals of what Christ would do in the future as a model. But at the time, they were mistaken for real faith.
But the same thing is happening today. Even today, when Christians go to a chapel and worship in the name of Jesus, they not only mistake it for faith, but also Sunday holy water, tithes, early morning worship, etc.... that you are estimating However, all of these are merely practicing in advance as models of what the Son of God will do in the future in front of the Gentiles. Christians today are unaware of this fact.
If Christians hear this, you may ask, what is this monstrous sound, but Jews at that time also went to the Jerusalem temple and thought what they were doing was believing in Jehovah God. would you have thought?
Likewise, Christians today also think that going to the chapel and worshiping in the name of Jesus means that their sins are forgiven, and that they are saved. Do you believe it will go, who would consider this to be a model of what the Son of God will do when he comes before the Gentiles?
Today's Christians would not only dare to imagine it, nor would they hate to do so. Naturally, Jews at that time did not want to acknowledge and accept such a fact as Christians today thought. However, as promised, God sent His son before the people of Israel as a type of Isaac. Things that were unimaginable for the Jews at that time came to appear before them as a reality.
Likewise, the unimaginable for Christians today will now become a reality in front of them in a little while. Because God will surely send His son before the Christians as a type of Jacob this time as promised. Christians will have a hard time accepting this fact, but since God has already promised in the Bible, no human can stop this fact.
The people of Israel could never speak of faith apart from Jehovah God and Abraham, the father of faith. As such, Jehovah God and Abraham occupy an important place for the people of Israel. But they failed to save the Israelites from their sins. They were only temporarily used as models, and because they are not real, they could not save humans from their sins. Jehovah God was only an angel who acted as God's spokesman, so he did not save mankind from sin.
Only Jesus Christ can save the people of Israel from their sins and bring them to eternal life. However, since the people of Israel only held on to the name of Jehovah and Abraham, and did not believe in the Son sent by God, the reality, many people could not enter into eternal life and ultimately went to destruction.
In the same vein, Christians today can never discuss their faith apart from the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus is so important to Christians. The Gentiles, who did not know God at first and lived like dogs and pigs, believed in the name of Jesus who came to the land of Israel and received the Holy Spirit to learn that God is living.
If Jesus had not shed His blood, the Holy Spirit could never come to the Gentiles. Therefore, without the Holy Spirit, Gentiles would not be able to know who God is, and they would not have been able to continue their religious life. Because the blood that Jesus shed has the power to atone for the original sin of man, the Holy Spirit, the essence of God, could come into the Gentiles who believed in the name of Jesus. For Gentiles, it is absolutely something to thank God for.
Because the Holy Spirit was with the Gentiles, they came to understand how to go to the chapel to worship, and furthermore, how to offer gifts to God. However, this is keeping the law before God and fulfilling one duty, and this cannot be the measure of faith in God. And just because you received the Holy Spirit does not directly lead to salvation.
However, many people today mistakenly believe that the act of going to a chapel to worship is all about faith. As mentioned briefly above, since these acts are not real, they are all merely models, so they cannot be true faith, and none of the Christians can achieve salvation through these acts. It is the same principle as the Jews who went to the temple in Jerusalem to die, slaughtered cattle and slaughtered sheep and offered them before God, but they were not saved through such acts.
Only when we believe in the Son that God has sent can we have complete faith. The blood that Jesus shed when he came to the land of Israel when he died on the cross gave Gentiles who believed in the name of Jesus a golden opportunity to meet the Holy Spirit, but it does not erase the sins in the hearts of Gentiles. .
Therefore, if Christians mistakenly believe that they received the Holy Spirit as faith and salvation, it would be a big mistake. In order for Christians to enter complete salvation, they must believe in the Son God sends to the Gentiles to enter eternal life. This is true faith and salvation. Under the law, no matter how hard you work your faith life, faith is never formed. If you find out what you are mistaken for as belief, it is all belief that is close to belief. So, under the law, only sin is finally realized.
Jesus, who came to the land of Israel, came only to forgive the people of Israel's original sin and self-crime, but Gentiles can only receive the forgiveness of their original sins because of the blood he shed. In order to receive forgiveness of sins that make us feel remorse, it is possible only when we believe in the Son of God, whom God sends to the Gentiles as a type of Jacob.
