The fruit of the light is in all goodness and righteousness and truth (Ephesians 5:9).
May you be filled with the fruit of righteousness through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God (Philippians 1:11).
But the wisdom from above is first to be sanctified, then to be peaceful and tolerant.
Gentle, full of mercy and good fruit, without partiality and without deceit (James 3:17).
First, what does fruit mean?
Fri/Heb (Genesis 4:3, Psalm 127:3), Carpos (Hel/Matt 7:17, James 5:17)
Genema/Hell (Matthew 26:29, 2 Corinthians 9:10).
The fruit of the tree (Genesis 1:11, Exodus 10:15)
The produce of the earth (Genesis 4:3, Deuteronomy 7:13, Numbers 13:20-27,)
Results of work (Proverbs 31:16)
Children and descendants (Genesis 30:2, Deuteronomy 7:13, Psalm 127:3)
The parable of Israel's deeds and fate (Micah 7:13, Jeremiah 9:10-16)
The human heart (Isaiah 10:12),
Action (Isaiah 3:10, Jeremiah 17:10)
thoughts (Jeremiah 6:19),
The fruit of the lips, the result (Proverbs 12:14, 13:2, 18:20)
It represents stability, abundance, and prosperity (Psalm 72:16, Song 4:16...)
A Christian is a person who, in his life's journey, produces good fruits that are pleasing to God.
You'll have to work hard to get it right.
Second, what kind of fruit?
1. Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23)
2. The fruit of evangelism (James 5:20)
3. The fruit of repentance (Matthew 3:8, Luke 3:7-14)
4. Fruit of righteousness and peace (2 Corinthians 9:10, Hebrews 12:11, Philippians 1:11)
5Fruits of service (Phil 1:22, Colossians 1:6)
6. Fruit of light (Ephesians 5:9)
7. Good fruit (Luke 6:43-45)
8. Good fruit (James 3:17, Colossians 1:10)
Third, how can it bear fruit?
1. You must sow to reap (Psalm 126:5-6, Gal 6:6-10)
2. It must be a good tree (Luke 6:39-45)
3. Be attached to the branch of Christ Jesus (John 15:1-8)
