Title: Faith that moves mountains / Matthew 21:22
Content Faith that moves mountains / Matthew 21:22
“For whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive it” (Matthew 21:22).
Our thoughts have a mysterious power that God has given us. Thoughts with certainty are not confined to our minds, but have a tendency to constantly jump out of our bodies. Powerful thoughts shape our reality. The environment around us can happen as a result of thoughts that we have already unconsciously built up in our minds.
In the Old Testament, the Israelites who left Egypt filled their hearts with negative thoughts as they looked back on the past. Even at the miracle site that we experience every day in the desert, we keep looking back on the past. However, he is consistent with disbelief about the future ahead. They were the people who wailed all night saying, 'I'm going to die', saying, 'It would be better for me to go back to Egypt than to die in the desert' even with the promised new land at hand. In the end, the past in Egypt is not remembered, leaving only a generation that knows only the future. But the old generation of Israel ends up with dead bodies in the desert, as they think. Whether it is a slavery caught in the past or a pioneering spirit that only looks to the future, it is an event that shows that the consciousness that fills one's heart determines the fate.
It is a matter of what kind of seed you sow. The desert does not mean that seeds cannot be planted and bear fruit. Even in the middle of the desert, the seeds of positive thinking, the seeds of future-oriented faith, and the seeds of trust in Moses' leadership could be sufficiently planted and sprouted. Thoughts are the problem, but circumstances, surroundings, and circumstances cannot be the only decisive factors. God has given us freedom of thought. God created our lives so that we can lead all things to victory with the power of faith alone. He said that if you believe in and ask for anything, you can lift a mountain and move it into the sea, or even more amazing things can happen. Instead of seeds of doubt, seeds of worry, sow positive seeds in your heart: seeds of love, seeds of happiness, seeds of success. As you sow, you will bear fruit.
