Title (I) Faith that pleases God (Hebrews 11:1~7)
Contents
① “Faith is the substance of things hoped for” ② This means that those who received salvation in Christ before the foundation of the world, who are perfect in God, achieve regeneration, sanctification, and glorified salvation. It is what God desires earnestly to become, and it is the fulfillment of that reality (Ephesians 1:3~21) (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
“Jesus Christ fulfilled the reality of faith and gives grace to fulfill it”
① God, human beings, and all living things, organs, and groups hope and desire in two broad categories. ② We hope that things that die, perish, and become transformed will disappear forever, and that things that will live forever and be eternally blessed will be infinitely perfect. ③ Because imperfect humans cannot fulfill this desire, and only the perfect God can fulfill it, “If anyone would come after me, he said, ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow God, so that he may realize the substance of his faith (Matthew 16: 24). ④ God made it possible through the death and death of the cross and ascension to heaven with the only-begotten city person of God who is in His bosom (John 1:18), and gives us faith as a gift so that we can realize the reality we want (Philippians 2:5~11) , 2 Timothy 3:15~17) ⑤ Therefore, faith is what pleases God supremely and completely.
“Abel fulfilled the reality that God had expected of him by living as a living sacrifice by faith”
① “By faith, Abel offered a better sacrifice to God than Cain, and received the evidence that he was righteous...” ② Abel received eternal death, destruction, curses, and poverty through worship by offering his body as a living sacrifice to God. , the very bad things that become slaves to the devil, the stumbling block to God, and receive God’s wisdom, knowledge, goodness, love, holiness, truth, righteousness, sovereignty, attributes, power, and authority to become a man of God and be perfected with all good things. He has received the grace of being perfected for work. ③ We also attend the holy water and official worship services on Sundays without fail, and through the living sacrifices of silent prayer, confession of faith, liturgy, hymns, prayers, the Word, offerings, service, and fellowship with the saints, we can overcome the elements of unhappiness such as sin, evil, injustice, infidelity, and fire. Let's get rid of disobedience, disloyalty, faults... and build a body temple that can accommodate God.
“Enoch walked with God in faith and fulfilled the desired reality.”
①“Enoch walked with God three hundred years and had children…” (Genesis 5:21-24) “By faith Enoch was transferred without seeing death… (verse 5) ② To walk with God means to have lived one life in the world by faith. ③ To say that I accompanied you while having “children” means to give birth to and raise many children to God while living in agriculture, industry and society It means that we have succeeded in achieving self-salvation by removing perverse things and fully equipping ourselves with all the good things that God desires. ④ Society and social life, the field where believers seek physical food, clothing, and shelter, must become the field where the reality of faith is realized. ⑤ Therefore, Jesus said, “You are the salt of the world… you are the light… you are the light (Matthew 5:13-14)
“Noah built the ark by faith, and it came to pass”
① “By faith Noah was warned of things not yet seen, and with reverence he prepared an ark and saved his house...” (verse 7) ② Noah and his whole family were not destroyed by the judgment of the flood after the flood, and In order to receive and enjoy everything on earth as God, he prepared an ark over 120 years of faith by faith and fulfilled the desired reality. ③ This is a model for the whole family to work together to build a temple of sanctification of the body in which the regenerated saints today can receive and enjoy all the riches, honor, authority, power, and glory of God without being harmed by Christ's judgment. ④ God established the family system, “to wash with water and make it clean with the word, to make it holy, and to establish before him a glorious church, without wrinkle or blemish” (Ephesians 5:26~6:4), through family members. to achieve mutual salvation.
