Title: How to become a true leader (2)
Zechariah 11 describes what humans will be like when the Messiah comes to earth. In particular, the shepherds fall terribly and become shepherds slaughtering their flocks (verses 4-17). Why did Jesus have a permanent place in the hearts of believers? Because he was slaughtered and eaten for the sheep, not the sheep. Others sat like Pharaohs in Egypt, fat and chubby, saying, “Bring the offerings! A shepherd who forces you to “work more” is not a true shepherd.
Unlike other church leaders who show off their strength and wealth, when they think of Jesus, they do not remember their strength and wealth, but only tears. Why? Because it has come into our hearts. That's what the church is. Anyone can preach or visit, but true ministry must be caught and eaten. Likewise, the shepherd's path cannot be taken without tears, and there is no way to enter someone's heart without tears and death.
In this way, everyone believes in Jesus to become a little shepherd following Jesus, the true shepherd. Such a life of faith that entered the martyr's state is possible today. With a smile and a smile on your face, you can live like a martyr as much as you want. A true martyr is a saint who actually makes a devotion with tears, smiles on the outside, and shows the least while devoting the most.
<Kill yourself>
In the old days, parents struggled to raise their children. At that time, most of them were breastfed by their mothers, so the parents entered the hearts of their children. So, how much do you care about your parents? On the other hand, these days, children grow up sucking milk bottles, so there is less affection for their parents. Also, when I think of my parents, I think of 'a life of learning' rather than a 'life of sacrifice', so my parents are becoming 'objects of resentment' rather than 'objects of gratitude'.
The biggest cause of such unhappiness is that the parents died and did not enter the hearts of their children. These days, children tend to become ‘tools for the fulfillment of their parents’ wishes’. Some mothers say "Hey! Study well and save my face.” In this way, he projects his life onto his children. How sad is that? To make your child a character, you must not project yourself onto your child, but kill yourself and enter the child's heart.
The spirituality of the martyrs is required. However, the fortress is an era in which martyrdom cannot be talked about. In order for the church to grow, we must say, “If you believe in Jesus, you will be blessed, and you will receive a star.” But in reality it is not. Even among believers, 9 out of 10 people cannot see stars. Then all the rest must live in tears and resentment. How can everyone not cry? You just have to let the life of Jesus come into your heart.
Martyrdom means persecution and death because of your faith. However, the greater meaning of martyrdom is that, regardless of who kills or not, they declare their own death and live according to the will of Jesus with the heart of Jesus. When he kills himself like that, the living Jesus will attack him. At that time, even if someone tried to kill him, instead of saying, “That enemy!”, “Lord! Forgive them!” The change begins.
Pray now at this time. "God! Rather than becoming a ‘eater’, let’s become ‘a person who is caught and eaten’ so that we can receive God’s grace and communicate with God! Before speaking of power, before speaking of the cross, and before asking for blessings, let us equip ourselves with the spirituality of a martyr!” With such a martyr's spirituality and prayer, enter into history, into the environment, and into the family, and dream of being a blessed leader who experiences the living Jesus in real time.
