Title: Humanity as a Servant of Sin

Contents

Humanity as a slave to sin

1. Words that begin

Even Samcheok-dongsa knows that entering a poorly-enclosed house, stealing things, or raping a woman is an evil crime. There was. We do not know how much blood, torture, imprisonment, and killing of our ancestors, who suffered from their cunning and ruthless exploitation and abuse, were shed, tortured, imprisoned, and murdered while often calling for independence during peaceful protests on March 1, 1919. Nevertheless, it has been 77 years since the peaceful demonstration of non-violent non-resistance to the end strongly instilled in the world the longing for independence, the earnest desire for freedom, and the noble spirit of peaceful coexistence.

The problem, however, is that their descendants do not repent of stealing the country, they are still speaking sophistry, and they are serving as slaves to the devil, forcing even Dokdo to be their land. We too have too many forms of slavery to be called truly free men.

2. Humanity under the dominion of sin

The Bible categorizes all mankind as slaves to sin. "What then? Are we well? No, we have already declared that both Jews and Greeks are under sin."

"Under sin" is a hypo hamartian (' '), meaning 'in the midst of sin', 'under the power of sin', 'under the dominion of sin', etc. The "sin", or hamartian, here does not mean simply a moral, moral or legal sin, but a spiritual sin that includes all of them. In a word, sin refers to dispositions, thoughts, words, and deeds that deviate from the signs that glorify God.

Augustine even repented, realizing that even his will to become righteous was a sin. It is truly correct realization and correct repentance. Man's moral will, independent of God as Creator and Providence, is clearly sin.

Man's religious will for salvation is also a sin. After Moses heard God's special call and went up to the mountain, the people urged Aaron to make a god to guide us, while on the other hand, threatened and made a golden calf and worshiped it. As a result, it brought about the terrible wrath of God.

Gurukisan Kodari, a Hindu saint from Bombay, India, maintained a calming state of mind that allowed him to neutralize the tigers through yoga before entering the tiger cage. He then emphasized that a wall of energy surrounds his body that will protect him from the tigers, and that no animal can break through it. To show off his piety, Kodari proudly entered the tiger's cage, watched by 200 terrified followers. However, the nose bridge soon sensed that the energy wall had been breached, panicked and punched the rushing tigers, but to no avail. He continued to resist, pouring out spells and curses. However, the tiger, who rushed in a moment, bit his neck and died.

It is a sad story, but it cannot but be a tragic statement of an idolization of oneself that departed from God.

If the state of being apart from God is Hamartian, that is, sin, the moral will to pursue self-righteousness and the religious will to pursue self-salvation are sins of self-image.

The most common form of self-idalization is self-fulfillment through work. However, the stronger the will to achieve or the will to achieve, the more your life will be dominated by work. In fact, there are not a few people who live by work rather than work or live under the pressure of work. Aren't we even starting to develop workaholics? The providential God wants us to be masters over work, not slaves to it. It can be said that it is a sin of self-deprecation that humans, who should rule the creation according to God's will, are rather controlled.

Besides work, there are many other forces that rule humans. In other words, the human race who does not believe in the Lord, whether they know it or not, lives in the presence of various types of masters. There are people who are bound by worries that are not God’s will, and there are people who are entangled in the feelings of resentment and live with a sudden illness. There are people; there are people who lose the future of God's blessing because they are entangled in the past merits, and there are people who lose the future of God's blessing because of the failure of the past.

Also, there are people who are not governed by God's will or thoughts, but by their own preconceived notions, prejudices, or selfishness. Aside from these slavery to sin, there are many people who live life as slaves to riches, slaves to pleasure, and slavery to power. This form can be said to be the sin of man's self-deprecation, created by God as the primate of all things.

After all, all human beings who do not know or believe in God are slaves to the sin of idolizing themselves or demeaning themselves. Loss of self?

Gentlemen, given the life that cannot be changed even if we give the whole world, should we serve as slaves? I hope you become the master of everything by believing and obeying God.

A nerd entered a shabby inn in Africa, but there was no room, so he had a room with a black man. After asking the owner, "Wake me up at 6 tomorrow morning," he fell asleep. The sound of snoring woke the black man who was sleeping next to him. I looked and saw a certain yellow guy sleeping. So, I put black shoe polish on the nerd's face. The next morning, the owner woke the nerd. The nerd who got up looked in the mirror to wash his face and frowned and grumbled. “Mr. Lee, you woke me up and comforted me, but you woke up the nigger…”

There are too many people who live a life of slavery without knowing who they really are, whether they are educated or ignorant, saints or unbelievers, rich or poor, powerful or commoners.

In this way, the Bible says, "As it is written, there is none righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands, there is no one who seeks God. Their throats are open graves, their tongues teach deceit, their lips are the venom of vipers, their mouths are full of curses and bitterness, and their feet are swift to shed blood. did not know, and there is no fear of God before their eyes.”

The fundamental reason for being a slave to all kinds of terrible sins and running down the road of destruction, suffering and destruction is that we do not know the fear of the God who created and provides for all things in the universe and who saves mankind in the Lord.

A good relationship of freedom, peace and love will be established between the two countries only when Japan is truly liberated from the slavery of the lust for domination of nations by believing and following God, and when Korea is truly liberated from the slavery of grudges according to God's will. is. True repentance is possible when we face the lies, hypocrisy, and the terrible atrocities that Japan has committed against Korea and neighboring countries before God, and only when Korea remembers every detail of the terrible atrocities caused by their atrocities can we know what to forgive and how to forgive is going to be

3. Conclusion

In John 8:36, it says, "If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed."

We were given life and a place to live, which we cannot change even if we gave the whole world for free. Moreover, following the work of the Holy Spirit, we have received eternal life in the kingdom of God by believing in the Lord. We must not become slaves to sin with this precious life. Please believe that the only way for us to live an independent life is to obey God's will and word in the Lord.
