Title: Hymn of Victory/Psalm 68:19-27

Contents

1. God is a righteous judge

In the world, good works are rewarded from time to time, or sins committed do not seem to have been punished. However, when the time comes, God will bless you as much as you have accumulated goodness. If you wait until the end and do not repent, God draws the sword. God's judgment is terrifying. When God draws the sword, there is no escape, just like the flood in Noah's day that shut all mankind up. This judgment is before God. At the beginning, all people are divided into those who rejoice and those who mourn. The saints, who suffered injustice for the sake of righteousness, wore white clothes and lit a lamp filled with oil when Jesus came again and said, “Hallelujah! Hallelujah!” It is a day of incomparable joy to call, but a day of indescribable tragedy for the enemies, "Hide me, hill, and cover me, mountain." is to pave the way to God. You and I must prepare to meet God before the second coming of Jesus and before the rod of God's judgment falls.

2. Grace given to ancestors

When the people of Israel remember the various graces God gave them when they left Egypt, they will not become discouraged or resentful. Remembering those graces will give them courage. In verses 7 to 18, we are told that you must remember the grace that your ancestors received, such as the food, the manna that was fed in the wilderness, the spring of water gushed out of the rock, the God that defeated Egypt with the ten plagues did it in

3. Blessings from God

God is love. The God of love has given us all things and forgives us when we have sinned if we repent. God's love for forgiveness when we repent of the sins of Nineveh, which has committed more than six hundred years of sins for three days, is so great. It is great. As the kings of Nineveh and the elders repent, God brings disaster for 120,000 children. The evil robber who had committed murder and robbery for the rest of his life repented at the crucifixion to be executed. Jesus forgives him. I tell you, let's go to paradise with me today." Repentance is precious.

Also, God is an eternal God. God's love lasts forever. God solves our burdens yesterday, today, and forever.

David has experienced so many things every day from his childhood until he became king. It is said that when he encounters difficult situations, everyone will die, but looking back, he left the joy of seeing God's miracles. Jehovah God who bears our burdens every day. should be praised.

The second blessing from God is the blessing of victory. "God is our God of salvation, and there is escape from death by the Sovereign Lord, but God will strike and break the head of the enemy, the head of the one who always walks in his transgression. “(Psalm 68:21). God cleans up and deals with the demons that have made us a burden. He said that he would strike the heads of those enemies and break them. He said, “I will bring them back from Bashan, and bring them back from the depths of the sea, and with you I will smite them and drown your feet in their blood, and with four tongues will they obtain a portion from your enemies” (Psalm 68:22). The place is the jungle. Even if the enemies flee to Bashan and hide in the deep sea, God takes them all out and kills them. When you receive the blessing of salvation from God, victory over your enemies follows.

The third blessing God gives is the blessing of going up to the temple. “O God, they have seen your coming, my God, my king, going to the sanctuary. 24). After winning the war, they go up to the temple singing thanks and praise to God. The glory of God has appeared. So, all kinds of musical instruments are mobilized. If the war was lost, the women would be hiding, but because they won, they played the trumpet. The victorious one does not hide and sings praises to his heart's content. When we sing 'Hallelujah!' and go up to heaven in white clothes in glory, how much envy will our enemies say, "Hill, mountain, cover me." "Blessed be the Lord in the assembly, ye from the origin of Israel" (Psalm 68:26) Who sings praises to God? Those who came out of Israel, the descendants of Abraham. Then, since you and I are not Israelite, can't we sing hymns? No. We are Abraham's descendants by faith in the resurrected Jesus Christ.

4. Hymn of Victory

“Your God has commanded your strength. Make sure, O God, what you have done for us, that the kings will bring gifts to you for your house in Jerusalem. You rebuked the wild beasts of the reeds, the herds of bulls, and the calves of all nations…” 68:28) In this verse, the wild beast of the reeds refers to King Pharaoh of Egypt. The Nile River in Egypt is the field of reeds. Also, he rebuked the herd of bulls and the calves of all nations, but bulls refer to the kings of various nations. And the word “calf of Manmin” means the people of each country. So, in verse 28, we receive the blessing of resolving our burdens before God every day, give glory to God, and give proper worship, and then the whole world will kneel and come to our country. It must be like this. If the Korean church immediately believes in God who bears our burdens every day before God and wins by serving with joy, and after victory, if we immediately offer the worship that is acceptable to God without pride and luxuries, the whole world will be saved. It means that it will come to us. It means that our country will be a missionary country for the whole world.

David, who believed in only God who bears all his burdens every day and served with joy, was victorious and sang the praises of thanks without pride and luxury after victory. David continued to offer praises of glory to God as follows. Come out, let the Cushians quickly lift up their hands to God. Sing to God and sing praises to the Lord, you Gentiles of the earth. Praise Him who rides in the heavens of old. Abandon him, his majesty is over Israel, and his power is in heaven; O God, you show your majesty in the sanctuary. The God of Israel gives strength and might to his people. Praise be to God, Amen" (Psalm 68:31).

I hope that the blessing of Psalm 68 will come to all the saints, churches and people in our country, and God will solve all the difficult burdens of our country and give us the joy of victory. In the name of the exalted Jesus, I bless you that the whole world will come to Korea to become a Korean church that evangelizes the world receiving grace and become a Korean nation when you give glory to God while observing Holy Sunday.
