There are times in life when people are very surprised, and there are many times when they are overcome with great fear. What was the most surprising moment? When were you afraid? What kind of God do the saints think of when they think of God? When does God appear to us and what kind of relationship does he have with us? What is God really doing? It seems that the saints often wonder. The content of the text is that there were many unimaginably large and powerful nations around Israel. In particular, Babylon and the Assyrian kingdoms were so powerful that they felt threatened. They were terrified and trembled among these great powers, but amazingly behind them there is God the Creator. The great powers have disappeared, but Israel is eternal. When fear is felt and great surprises come, people will take power like a great rock, or like a rotten tree, like a rope. Relying on the cords of the world to be cut off, but our shield! Fortress! Only the Lord God our Father, who is our refuge and the rock of refuge, is our eternal strength.
God is always with us God is a God who is always with us as if he is at rest, as if he is not slumbering or slumbering for 12 months, 365 days a year, 24 hours a year. Psalm 121:4 He who keeps Israel does not sleep. Yet, there are many who live without even feeling that God is with us. The Lord came to this earth to be with us. Matthew 1:21-23 You will give birth to a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. He is the one who will save his people from their sins. All this happened to fulfill what the Lord had spoken through the prophets. He said to them, “Behold, a virgin will conceive and bear a son, and he will call his name Immanuel.” Jos 1:5 No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life, for I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will not leave you nor forsake you.
