Title: I Met Samson / Judges 16:18-21

Content - I met Samson - (Judges 16:18-21)

'Ah, so dry and twisted, the floor was exposed.' It was spiritual exhaustion from spiritual thirst and spiritual earnestness.

The Holy Spirit opened these two parts to me and made me meditate continuously. The first was Psalm 139.

"You have searched and knew me, O LORD. You know when I sit down and when I stand up; You know my thoughts from afar; You know my way and my lying down; You are familiar with all my actions. There is nothing that you do not know” (Psalm 139:1-4).

'You know' This word started to break my heart. The Holy Spirit 'knows everything' 'knows everything' 'knows anytime and anywhere'

'You know the outside, you know the thoughts inside.' As if holding a megaphone to my ear, these words began to reverberate to the point of tearing my eardrums.

The second word given was Judges 13. When I opened it, I was surprised by the article about Samson who finished his sermon in July, so I asked the Lord, 'Yes, I know.

But meditate once more, and shout again, louder.' , and under the overwhelming power of the Holy Spirit, I had to kneel down.

Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I read and reread Psalm 139, especially Judges 13-16.

It was well past 1 or 2 in the morning, and in the process, I had a bizarre experience.

That Samson, a person from three thousand years ago who stirred the land of the Philistines, got up trembling and came to me.

So, I met Samson, and I saw Samson. It was a shock to me.

After that, I couldn't sleep for the past few days, and he made me keep falling on my knees before God. A spiritual struggle arose within me.

The Holy Spirit forcibly worked to 'tell the Samson you saw'.

First, I will describe what Samson looked like that night.

1) Samson, his parents were barren when he was born, but he was born by God's special grace.

2) Born by grace, he was stipulated to live as a Nazarite, and it was Samson who was decreed to live a holy life throughout his life, in all areas, in all cases, without any exceptions.

3) To this Samson, God gave him the position of a glorious judge who simultaneously fulfills the roles of king, priest, and prophet.

He is both a king and a priest. As an example of a leader who must live as God's agent, I was receiving and carrying out a truly glorious position, and this is Samson whom I met.

To be more specific, Samson, he was wearing a choir gown.

He was kindly guiding, saying 'Welcome', and he was praying in a holy and solemn manner.

He was vomiting lions on the podium, he was working hard while sweating, and he was studying with bright-eyed children.

Do you have any idea who Samson was and what he looked like? Second, what was Samson doing when I saw him? He was dishonest and made a habit of lying so easily when Delilah insisted on revealing where his power came from. In that way, you only have to avoid the situation in front of you.

Today, Samsonite Christians are so good at lying.

Who are the characters who do not fall out of every unfortunate incident that adorns the social aspect?

God knows everything we do, so why not be honest?

The Samson I saw had two serious problems.

Immorality and lies, he was not sanctified and dishonest.

These two are like two sides of a coin. God hates these two the most.

What is the result? "...he did not know that the LORD had already left him" (Judges 16:20). 'The LORD has departed' means that the relationship has been broken.

The moment our relationship with Him was broken, everything stopped and grace, blessing, love, mercy, and power all ended.

Shall we end with that? no. Even in the next life, the book of deeds is placed before the judgment seat of God. (Revelation 20:12,13)

So on what basis? The standard of 144,000 saved people in Revelation 14 is

① Those who are not defiled with women and have chastity (Revelation 14:4)

②There is no lie in his mouth and he is without blemish (Revelation 14:5).

Today we need to take a serious look at ourselves. He, the Spirit of truth, cannot sit in a heart full of lies, and he does no more power.

The life of faith is a relationship with God and a relationship with the Lord. When this relationship is broken, the moment it all ends.

The Lord is gone, will your prayers be answered, and will you prosper when the Lord is gone? There is only one way.

"Samson cried out to the LORD, saying, "Remember me, Sovereign LORD, I beseech you, God, please strengthen me this time, so that the Philistines may avenge my eyes for which I have plucked out once for all" (Judges 16:28).

His appearance is truly shabby, and despite the situation as if everything is over, he returns to God at the last moment and seeks God.

"Jehovah, think of me just once." Because Samson's true repentance is contained in this one word of prayer, God listened to his prayer and caused an amazing work at the last moment.

God made us into a passageway of blessings, that is, a pipe tube, which was blocked by the foreign substance of sin.

You have to clean and break through, so that God's blessings will come pouring down again.

How do I clean it? Let us prostrate ourselves before God with sincerity, seek Him, and cry out to Him. 'Think of me just once' Doesn't God know everything? He knows how to sit and stand up from afar, and he touches my thoughts. What am I like now?
