Title: I want to be happy
Contents
Are you happy? Everyone wants to be happy. And I do my best to be happy. It is strange that no matter how hard and difficult the present life is, if the future happiness is guaranteed, it is a human being to endure the present difficulties and pains by clenching them. However, the problem is that many people do not know where human happiness comes from. Even after years of attending church, there are members who do not know the path to happiness and are searching for happiness in a maze. Happiness is not in money, fame or power. Just because worldly conditions are fulfilled doesn't make you happy.
The greatest source of happiness is in Jesus. And He allowed us a blessed place where we can enjoy that happiness, and that place is our family, our church, and our home. In other words, happiness does not come from material things, but from relationships.
Through this text, we will look at how to become happy through relationship restoration.
1. Bless those who persecute (v. 14).
I always think like that. “The Word is a burden, and obedience is a burden.” Isn't it? If we do not know the Word, there are so many things that we do not need to be burdened with. The Bible exhorts us not to hate those who persecute us, but rather to bless them. Satan destroys relationships, but God wants to restore them. Above all, I want to restore the relationship with God Himself, I want the relationship between family members to be restored, I want the relationship between the church members to be restored, and as a believer, I want the relationship to be restored even with non-believers. you want to be
2. Hang out with your neighbors (verse 15).
3. Overcome evil with good (verses 19-21).
1) Leave revenge to God (verse 19).
Rockefeller's mother, who was once the richest man in the world, said, "Son, don't make anyone your enemy. When you make enemies, you become an obstacle in everything you do. Therefore, my dear son, do not make enemies, but only friends.” It is said that Rockefeller made many friends rather than enemies, making his life rich and prosperous.
2) Satisfy the enemy's needs (verse 20).
In Romans 5:8 and 10, “8. God demonstrates his love toward us, in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. All the more, he will be saved by his resurrection.” God sent Jesus to this earth to meet the needs of humans who are like enemies who have turned their backs on God because of sin.
When a relationship breaks down, strangely, my heart loses peace and joy. I have to live a good relationship, not just for the other person, but for myself. That is why there is a taste in living when we are always happy to meet, want to be together, encourage and bless each other, and depend on each other when things are difficult.
