Title: Imitate Their Faith (Hebrews 13:6-17)
There are some special gifts that the world cannot do for us to live as Christians.
There is love for the Lord who loves with the heart of God, and there is a life of sharing, giving, and serving.
There is service and devotion that considers others better than mine and values others' work more than mine.
And there is the truth of the gospel and freedom in the truth that no one has.
But while we live as Christians, we do not enjoy or enjoy anything, and we are still in the world.
There are people who live in the same way and means as humans did.
There are people who still have strong greed and pride, and live tense days tied to the frame of prejudice and stereotypes.
is.
Now, as Christians, we need to commit ourselves to a more leisurely, generous, and free life.
All.
The Bible introduces how great the satisfaction, joy, and gratitude we should have as children of God.
is.
And we have already testified many times about how rich and full our heart is.
(Psalm 29:11) The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.
Siri."
“(Colossians 1:11) He is empowered with all power according to the power of his glory, with all patience and longsuffering with joy.
bring it to sound"
“(Philippians 4:13) I can do all things through him who strengthens me”
Thus, while we as Christians live with all patience and longsuffering, with the blessings and joy of peace, strength
You can become a victorious life by exercising your and your gifts.
How can we live a powerful life now?
1. We must imitate mature faith.
The most important thing for us to live a life of faith is a person who has the right faith, complete, mature, and full faith.
You have to learn by example and follow them.
We break the church that goes astray in the life of our faith, or the church that is content with human and worldly things.
You don't need to warp.
We believe that we can only be faithful to the essential mission of the church, edify the church, and share the benefits among the saints.
You should be satisfied with it.
God is always with us everywhere, helping us, comforting us, and encouraging us.
(Hebrews 13:6) Therefore, we said boldly, The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
“What can the man do to me?”
“(Hebrews 13:7) I have spoken the word of God to you, and remembered those who led you, and
Watch the end, and imitate their faith."
So we want to learn about missionary churches.
We want to be like God-centered believers.
We want to follow ministers who are virtuous in the church.
I want to walk along the road with the saints who have a great measure of faith and obey the Word.
Then all wisdom, courage, gifts, and powers will come to me already.
I want to learn someone who is dedicated to the work of God.
I want to imitate the work that I do while standing next to a group of people who happily and happily fulfill the mission entrusted to me.
If you do, your heart will be at peace and you will be filled with a smile of joy.
God's work is not something I do on my own.
It is about loving, serving, sharing, and giving to meet each other's needs and unite.
When I model this mature faith, a fullness of grace will come to me as well.
2. We must harden our hearts with grace.
When we do God's work, we sometimes get disappointment and hurt that we don't want.
When the grace and peace that I want do not come, but disappointment, anxiety, and worry come over, the righteousness to work
There are times when we sit down with complaints and dissatisfaction rather than swearing and zeal.
Therefore, we must always work in God and harden our hearts by His grace.
People of the world and the world are always prone to self-greed, self-satisfaction, and egotism.
But the work of God is always the same before the sovereignty of God everywhere, forever.
“(Hebrews 13:8) Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
(Hebrews 13:9) Do not be drawn to many different precepts;
There is no need for it, for those who practiced it by means of food did not benefit from it.”
Therefore, no matter how good it is, no matter how favorable it is to me,
If there are other lessons that deviate from the truth, we should not be drawn to them.
It will pour cold water on our zeal, devotion and service, and will bring confusion and conflict to everyone.
will give
(Hebrews 13:11) For the blood of the beast for sin was brought into the sanctuary by the high priest, and the flesh was taken out of the camp.
It's fire."
“(Hebrews 13:12) Therefore Jesus also suffered outside the gate to sanctify the people with his own blood.”
“(Hebrews 13:13) Let us, therefore, come to him outside the camp, carrying his reproach.”
Therefore, we must now long for God's grace and go to the place of grace.
And we must harden our hearts with grace.
There is grace and peace.
Even if it is Jesus who suffered, even if it is Jesus who bore the cross,
Even Jesus who has entered the tomb of death will have a great victory if he goes that way.
3. We must share for good.
It is foolish to brag about what we have accumulated while doing God's work, or to boast about what we have not owed.
Stone is a thing.
It is not enough for the church to become rich and the church to revive while we are doing God's work.
It's not evangelical.
Even if the work we can do goes beyond the limits of what we can do, we must do our best in the work of God.
You should be able to give your best.
When we stand before God, it is shameful for the church to boast that it has no debt and is rich.
It is shameful that the church has been revitalized and that many people have gathered.
When we stood before God, how much we gave ourselves, devoted ourselves, and sacrificed ourselves to God's work.
How much you did your best in your work, the hardships and tribulations you experienced while doing God’s work, you could be proud of.
I did.
God will treasure this and fill it with the best of heaven.
“(Hebrews 13:15) Therefore let us always offer to God a sacrifice of praise through Jesus,
It is the fruit of the lips that testify of the name."
“(Hebrews 13:16) But do not forget to do good and to share with one another. With such sacrifices, God is pleased.
"Nara"
Therefore, when we do God's work, we must accept it as an inevitable mission that we must do.
In doing God's work, it is not necessary to carry out financial calculations or the logic of whether it is appropriate for the circumstances and circumstances.
no.
If we do it with joy, with joy and with gratitude, not only for ourselves, but for all of us.
It will be beneficial to
“(Hebrews 13:17) Be obedient to those who lead you, and be submissive; for they will be vigilant for your souls.
They do it as if they were accountants; let them do this with joy, and with sorrow
do not do it, otherwise it is of no benefit to you."
In today's dedication service of the Finance Committee, we speak about the basic conditions for carrying out the office and mission we have been given.
I wrote
We must imitate mature faith.
We must harden our hearts with grace.
We must share for the good.
Then God will provide for all your needs.
This is true dedication.
