Isn't it precious? Matthew 7:26-34. 08.4.20.(Outdoor worship)

Verse 26 “Look at the birds of the palace” Verse 28 “Consider how the lilies of the field grow.” Verse 30 says, “The grass of the field that is today and that is thrown into the furnace tomorrow.” Birds wake up early in the morning. It is noisy because they are diligently eating their own food, rather than getting up and planting seeds and doing farm work. We are very happy to hear the birds chirping. They are very busy in the morning. Birds don't build warehouses for themselves. Because there is food everywhere in the world.

1. God feeds the birds.

God gave the birds wings to fly in the blue sky. They can fly anywhere in the world. So they eat their own prey. They don't worry about what to eat or what to drink. So the sounds they make are very pleasant and happy praise.

All creation has a purpose for which it was created. It is to praise God. Birds make noises when they gather and make noises to eat, but they are praising God the Creator with their joy.

Therefore, those who are bound by worries cannot sing to God. God wants to be praised through us. Birds were created on the fifth day with the fish of the sea.

1:20-23 “And God said, Let the waters multiply with living creatures, and let the birds fly above the earth in the expanse of the heavens.

Verse 22 God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters of the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth."

God has blessed the birds to be fruitful and multiply. Therefore, they enjoy the blessing of eating and drinking without any worries. God is the One who nourishes everything in this world. That is why they all receive God's blessing and prosper and be fruitful. Their job is to live a life that fully enjoys what God has given them.

2. We are more precious than birds.

The birds kept in this arboretum are fed in this arboretum. Otherwise, you will starve to death. We are God who placed us in this world.

God has given us infinite freedom. He has given us infinite freedom as if he gave wings to birds. So, we can live with anything. The God who feeds the birds is the one who feeds his beloved children. So we shouldn't be concerned.

3. We are more precious than the lilies of the field (verse 28: think how the lilies of the field grow)

There are many flowers in this world. They cannot be counted. The colorful beauty is indescribable. God's creative workmanship is so beautiful.

In spring, all plants bloom. Flowers are the pride of plants.

Plants need sunlight to flower. The sun is dominating. Plants are sensitive to cold. So in winter it should not freeze.

Second, you need to water the plant so that it does not dry out. All plants need water. Plants cannot grow where there is no water.

Third, there must be good land. Only then can you eat all the nutrients in the ground and make beautiful flowers bloom.

Sunshine, water, and the earth are all God-given. Even the lilies are all made by God.

We are more precious than these lilies. Therefore, God clothed us. We should not worry about what to wear.

Humans, unlike other animals, need clothes. Because humans have shame. So I made clothes. The clothes we wear are very expensive. That's more than 10 sacks of rice for a single piece of clothing.

The first clothes were made by God. Adam and Eve broke their promise with God and ate of the forbidden fruit. Those who ate the forbidden fruit had their eyes opened.

Genesis 3:7 “Then their eyes were opened, and they knew that they were naked, and they sewed fig leaves together and made skirts.” The first garment that God made was the skirt. It was a skirt woven from fig leaves.

That is, he made clothes out of plants. Since then, people have learned how to make and wear beautiful clothes. Clothes are from plants. Everything we wear is a gift from God.

1 Timothy 2:9 “And in the same way, women also dress in adamant clothing, adorning themselves with modesty and chastity, not with braided hair, gold, pearls, or expensive garments.”

The clothes we wear cannot express our inner beauty. It's just an appearance. Therefore, for appearance, we ask, “How shall I wear it? What shall I wear?” and shouldn't be concerned.

Verse 30, “If God cloths the grass of the field that is today and is thrown into the furnace tomorrow, how much more is it you?

He also clothed us with wild grass, which is unnecessary in this world.

Conclusion: We are more valuable and valuable than anything else in this world.

God feeds and cloths us all. Therefore, worry is futile. We must live a life that entrusts everything to the Lord.

If we please God first, God will fill in the rest. Therefore, we must surrender today's cares and worries to God, and we have victory through faith. We must live a victorious life by claiming the peace of Christ within us.
