Title: James 01:15-18 Abandon greed

Content: Abandon greed / James 1:15-18

Greed is to deviate from the normal track in order to possess more than one's own fraction. Such a heart should have other people's things, even in an unusual way. When a person begins to cherish such greed, he begins to slowly perish.

The original meaning of the word sin is to deviate, but when you start to get greedy, you start to deviate. It goes crooked and eventually leads to death. Greed shortens life. We must let go of greed. greedy for humans

Rum There is no scary poison.

Ephesians 5:3 says, “Fornication, and any uncleanness, or greediness, shall not even call its name among you, for it is fitting for saints.”

1. Consequences of greed

In the Bible, there are many examples of how miserable the words of greed can be.

An angel named Lucifer was the archangel who guarded the holiness of God. He was the conductor of the heavenly choir. However, he coveted the throne of God with greed and eventually became Satan.

Angels are also creatures and are to reveal God's glory, but they became greedy and coveted God's place and became Satan.

The history of the first human beings has been tainted with covetousness. The fundamental sin of man began with greed.

If greed enters the family, peace begins to break. If greed intervenes between a teacher and a disciple, a friend, or even between a country and a country, the relationship begins to break.

We must listen to the teachings of the Bible and rely on the Holy Spirit to break free from the snare of greed.

Matthew 5:3 says, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Heaven is given to the poor in spirit. The moment you become greedy, you drop to a hellish level of life.

I hope you all give up your greed and live a life of heaven level.

2. To get rid of greed

One). You have to live according to your own fountain.

2). You have to be content with the life you have been given.

3). A person must have the belief that whatever he sows, he will also reap.

Galatians 6:7 says, “Do not deceive yourself, for God is not deceived; whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.” If you sow with greed, you will surely perish through greed. You will surely reap the bitter fruits of greed.

Our descendants will reap the fruit with the sweat we sow now. And always be grateful.

3. We must cast away our greed and turn our eyes to the eternal heaven.

The number of our years is seventy, and eighty if we are strong. We are like a slumber, we are like wild grass that blooms in the morning and then falls The things of this world are temporary. Let's not be greedy for things that disappear for a while. Let's long for the eternal heaven and set our hearts on it.

When greed constantly floods in, I pray that we will defeat it in the name of Jesus Christ. I hope that greed will come to you in any flashy form.

Dear saints,

Greed wears out your life and destroys your soul. If you give up your greed, you will enjoy a life in heaven.

I hope you give up your greed and enjoy a life in heaven
