Title: Jehovah God

Contents :

Psalm 145 is David's psalm of praise and praise to God, and his people must follow and learn.

What kind of God does the text sing about Jehovah God?

I confess that you are righteous in all your deeds and that you are gracious in all your deeds.

What kind of blessing does Jehovah God give to whom?

He draws near to those who ask him.

God does not listen to prayers anywhere with sincerity, as if by reciting chanting, but only when we pray to God the Creator to hear them. We must also pray sincerely. A sincere supplication is a prayer without exaggeration, embellishment, or deceit. To supplicate means to call near. God wants me to call close. God does not only hear the prayers of specific people or answer only specific people. We have to come to church at the right time, and we need to go to church and pray. It is God's request. If possible, go to church and pray at the appointed time. Let's pray and believe that God hears the prayers of all who sincerely ask.

He grants the wishes of those who fear him.

Verse 19, “He will fulfill the desires of those who fear him; he will hear their cry and save them.”

Fear means the attitude of fearing, exalting, and adoring God. God is both the Father and the Creator. It is acknowledging that God is God. The word of salvation by hearing their cry is the greatest privilege that those who are waiting for God's salvation can have. Blind Bartimaeus cried out to the Lord and opened his eyes. The Canaanite woman cried out and cast out the demon that was tormenting her daughter.

He protects those who love him and destroys the wicked.

Verse 20, “The LORD will protect all who love him, and he will destroy all the wicked.

We should note here that those who love God are symmetrical with those who are good, and those who do not love God with those who are evil. And it should be noted that he protects those who love God. We thank our neighbors even for small favors. If so, we cannot help but praise the grace of God who protects us from tribulation from now on to eternity.

Those who love Jehovah, in a broad sense, refer to people who believe in God, separated from unbelievers. It refers to a people who obey God's word and depend on the Lord for everything. In a closer sense, it means those who live according to the truth among God's people. Those who love God will never perish. God has promised to protect you. Brothers and sisters, we must pray to the Lord who loves me and whom I love.
