7. He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; like a lamb to the slaughter, and a sheep silent before its shearers, so he did not open his mouth.
8. He was humiliated and tried and taken away; who of his generation thought that he was cut off from the land of the living, because of the transgressions of my people, who deserved punishment?
9. He did no violence, and there was no deceit in his mouth, but his grave was with the wicked, and his tomb with the rich.
10. The LORD wants him to be bruised, and he brings suffering; when he brings his soul as a trespass offering, he will see his seed, and his days will be long, and the will of the LORD will be accomplished by his hands.
11. He said, "He will see the toil of his soul and be satisfied. By his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities."
12. For this reason I will make him share his share with the noble, and share the spoil with the strong, because he forsakes his soul to death, and is numbered among the transgressors, but in reality he bears the sins of many. and prayed for transgressors.”

1. After that, Jesus revealed himself again to his disciples at the sea of Tiberias, and these were the manifestations.
2. Simon Peter and Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were with them.
3. Simon Peter said, “I am going fishing.” They said that we would go together. They went out and got into the boat, but they caught nothing that night.
4. At dawn, Jesus was standing by the seashore, but the disciples did not know that it was Jesus.
5. Jesus said to them, “Children, do you have meat?” He answered, “No.
6. He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find it." Then they threw it, but the net was too much to lift.
7. The disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is Lord." Simon Peter was naked, and when he heard the word "Lord," he put on his cloak and jumped into the sea.
8. The other disciples got into small boats and brought fish nets because they had only been living on land for about fifty hours.
9. When I got to the land, there was a charcoal fire, and fish were placed on it, and there was bread.
10. Jesus said to him, Bring some of the fish you have just caught.
11. And Simon Peter went up and drew the net on dry land, full of great fish, a hundred and fifty-three. Even though there were so many, the net was not torn.
12. Jesus said to him, “Come and eat breakfast.” No one dared to ask who you are, because they knew that the disciples had given it to them.
13. Jesus went and took bread and gave it to them, and he did the same with the fish.
14. This is the third time Jesus appeared to the disciples after he rose from the dead.

Subject: Jesus Appears on the Beach of Tiberias
Text: Isaiah 53:7-12, John 21:1-14
This is the ministry of Jesus that He carried out for 40 days after His resurrection. “After He suffered, He also revealed Himself to live for them by many sure proofs, appearing to them for forty days, and speaking of the things of the kingdom of God” (Acts 1:3). He recorded the importance of the Resurrection in “the work of the kingdom of God.” Among the many evidences, ‘the manifestation of the Lord’s life’ was the key. Today's New Testament text (John 21:1-14) is the third story of the disciples' meeting. Both times it must have been in Mark's upper room in Jerusalem. On the day of the Resurrection, it was with the ten disciples without Thomas (John 20:19-23) and on the eighth day after the resurrection, with the eleven disciples with Thomas (John 20:26-29). The third manifestation is in the sea of Tiberias. The beach was a place where the seven disciples stayed up all night to catch fish, but in vain.
Of the seven disciples, three are named directly. Peter, Thomas, and Nathanael. They are the disciples related to the profession of faith in Jesus (Matthew 16:16; John 20:28; John 1:49). They are confessors of faith that have nothing to do with the manifestation of the Lord (Luke 24:34; John 20:27; John 1:50). It is unusual for Thomas to come after Simon Peter. The description that precedes the names of the three people is also unusual. But that night's fishing was unsuccessful. “We got into the boat, but caught nothing that night” (John 21:3b). As at the wedding feast in Cana (John 2:3), it reminds us of unexpected failures experienced in the field of life, failures that we face without preparation. Jesus' people have failed. It reminds us of the failures of Jesus' disciples in their lives as well as the failures they experience in their missions. I was called to be a fisher of men (Matthew 4:18-22), but at the time of the crucifixion of the Lord, I had to experience a terrible failure in my life as a disciple. They rejoiced to see the risen Lord, but they ruined the night's fishing again. Even though we have become the people of Jesus, there are failures that we experience in the mission field at home. It was in the past and it is now.
Is Jesus our savior here too? of course. Today's text that follows (John 21:4-14) speaks of this. He was standing on the beach. You are speaking the word. Just like at the well of Sychar (John 4:5-26), on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35), he is speaking from the shores of Tiberias. “Children, do you have meat?” (John 21:5a). Their answer was clear and simple. “None” (John 21:5b). Lee Siljikgo is the way to live according to the word that comes knocking on the door outside the hearts of the saints (Revelation 3:20). This is the next word. “Throw the net on the right side of the boat. and you will find it” (John 21:6a). Obedience according to the Word. The things that lead to obedience are miracles (John 21:6b-14). It is a miracle, including catches that cannot be lifted by nets. The core of the miracle is the experience that the Lord of the Resurrection appeared even in the field of failure. He gives the mission along with the healing of love (John 21:15-17). Hallelujah!
