Title: Jesus is my strength

Jesus is my strength (Isaiah 49:5-10)
A force is a cause that causes a certain motion in a stationary object or causes a certain deformation by changing the state of a moving object.
So, I use words such as physical strength, ability, national strength, economic strength, national defense power, etc. I do my best to improve my health through personal physical training, increase exports to increase national strength, study hard to build skills, and secure financial resources. .
Against this power, Isaiah emphasizes the following lesson:
First, it is the proclamation that "God has become my strength." We should also have this confession. Not any blood tonic or ginseng deer antler, but the Lord has become my strength. You must have the conviction that “Jesus is my strength.”
Second, this strength given to me is valuable when used for God's sake. If I use the strength the Lord has given me to sin, I become a sinner. If you use it for bad things, you become a bad person, and you treat the God who gave you this strength a heartbreaking treatment.
When we look at Samson and David, we remember that they were blessed with strength and talents superior to others and were honored when they used it for the glory of God, but when they used it according to their own lusts, they were miserable.
Third, I have faith that the Lord will be my strength even in times of difficulty. Not only when things are going well, but also when we are weak and weary, thinking “Jesus is my strength” is a strong faith. I hope that we too will have a firm and unwavering faith that God is our strength even when we are in a difficult predicament.
Then the blessing that will be revealed to those who have Jehovah as their strength,
1. You become an honorable person in the sight of God.
It is not the material things of the world or physical power, but God Himself makes us honorable. The Lord becomes my guarantee, not the people of the world, and I live by attracting God's attention.
2. They give you fresh grass.
It is a good pasture because grass grows on an asset like a bare mountain with no trees and no grass. I hope that the assets of our souls, the assets of our families, the assets of our workplaces, and the assets of the altar, which have no crops and are only overgrown with weeds, will grow. Lot lived in good pastures, but it was a curse that turned into a sea of fire and brimstone. Abraham lived in a wilderness that looked like a pure asset, but the blessings depended on the power of God.
3. He leads you to the source of spring water.
A glass of bottled water refreshes the tired body when it is rough. Those who live with Jesus as their strength will always receive the cool living water of the Holy Spirit from God and live a successful life of victory.
“Jesus is my strength and my life/If I live apart from the Savior Jesus, I will fall into sin/When tears cover my eyes and sorrow builds up in my heart/The Lord Jesus comforts and strengthens me” (Chan 290).
I pray that you will win through the power of Jesus. Amen (1980. 8. 24)
