Title: Jesus is risen. / Luke 24:1-12

Hallelujah! Our Jesus is risen. Today is the greatest blessing in Christianity. Jesus died on the cross, but rose from the dead three days later. Today is Easter Sunday to commemorate that day.

Let's take a closer look at this truth in today's Word and receive grace.

1. Jesus died for the sins of all mankind.

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).

The Bible declares that all people are sinners. Sin entered through Adam and Eve's disobedience, and after that, people were born as sinners. And because of it, the earth and the world were cursed to produce thorns and thistles. Men had to sweat to survive, and women suffered in childbirth.

She was under the rule of her husband. And all people will eventually return to the dust.

Come on, who dares to claim this truth as a lie and fake? It's all about acknowledging it. Even unbelievers have no choice but to admit it?

God is just like this, and He is the ruler of all things. But God is not only a God of justice, but also a God of love. That is why Jesus Christ was sent to this earth. And He solved the sin problem of all mankind. Jesus came to this earth for the sake of sinners and died in his place to receive the punishment for sin.

Romans 4:23-25 “It was reckoned to him as righteousness, and it was not written for Abraham alone.

It is also for our sake, to be reckoned righteous, that is, those who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead, who was delivered for our sins, and was raised for our justification.

Mark 10:45 “For the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.”

2. He is not here (the grave, death), but is risen. (Luke 24:6)

Jesus Christ died on the cross. But look at today's message. At dawn on the first day after the Sabbath, some women went to the tomb where Jesus was buried. It can be sympathy, or it can be unchanging love for the Lord. But perhaps they did not think that the Lord had risen as He had said. That's why I brought perfume with me. But when they arrived at the tomb, they found that the stone had been rolled away, and the body of Jesus was not found. When they were troubled, angels in bright robes appeared and said, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen.” Luke 24:6 He is not here, but is risen. Remember what he said to you when he was in Galilee.

Luke 24:7 For he said, “The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinners, and be crucified, and on the third day be raised again.”

Then the women remembered what Jesus had said.

That's right. Jesus came as the Son of God. And he died according to the word and rose again according to the word. You came back to life. Is there anyone in this world who comes back to life and never dies? There is no one who comes back to life for a while, but it is called rebirth, but there is no one who does not die again. Only Jesus did. The Christian faith is not a religion of the grave. I don't believe in a dead god. I don't like graves. The grave is a stinky place, a dreadful and filthy place. desperate,

A place where there is no more hope. Jesus is not there. So we don't like to find graves. Of course, we also go to the Holy Sepulcher in the sense of returning to black someday...

There is no cod, no dialogue, only darkness and despair. Jesus Christ was not there in the tomb. The living do not dwell in the grave. The resurrected One Jesus went to the living disciples. Even now, Jesus is alive and abides in those who believe. It is proof that you are alive. If you do not believe in Jesus, you will change and nothing will change. He cannot be locked in the grave. You are alive. And now and forever with us.

3. Some people doubt (Luke 24:11, Matthew 28:17)

However, some people doubt that Jesus has risen. The disciples stole the body, or fainted for a while and then bought it again. But the death of Jesus is clear. The soldiers who nailed Jesus to the cross and killed him confirmed it by stabbing him in the waist again, and many people who saw the scene acknowledged Jesus' death and confessed that he was truly the Son of God. And if Jesus didn't die, would he normally lie? This is coercion. Doubting the death and resurrection of Jesus is the most foolish doubt in the world. Of course, that's really unbelievable. How can a person come back to life? So women are surprised too. But when they heard the angels saying that Jesus had risen, they remembered what Jesus had said before.

And they immediately reported the shocking news to the disciples.

Then the disciples also became suspicious. However, his heart was so startled that it was a momentary thought. In fact, if he had faith, if he remembered the previous words of Jesus, it was a natural result.

In today's Christianity, the resurrection faith must be revived. What sets Christianity apart from other religions is the resurrection. Has the founder of any religion ever been resurrected? Who has led the way to the Resurrection! There is not. Only God, the Lord of life, can do it, speak it, and accomplish it.

According to the data surveyed by God People in the Christian Times newspaper, 82.4% of us Christians believe in the resurrection. In particular, he answered the question of whether he believed that he would be resurrected after he died.

However, 79.3% of the respondents said that the meaning or event of keeping Easter was somewhat formal. It's a real problem. We believe in the resurrection of our Lord and believe in our own resurrection, but we keep Easter just like that.

We should strive to make Easter more meaningful and meaningful.

4. People met the resurrected Jesus. ( Matthew 28:1-2, Luke 24:13-35, Luke 24:36-44

1 Corinthians 15:1-11,)

All doubts are cast aside by witnesses and evidence and experience. Jesus appeared to the doubting disciples. What's more, they were afraid, so they locked the door and entered through the hiding place to meet them. And to the two disciples on their way to the village of Emmaus, he accompanied them like human beings and then disappeared in a mysterious form. And in 1 Corinthians 15, Jesus appeared to many of his disciples, Paul. The disciples and people who met Jesus all changed. He has been reborn as a disciple of power. Became a brave evangelist. Everyone who met the resurrected Jesus was changed anew.

We too must meet the risen Lord. You must experience Jesus. When we meet Him, a sinner becomes a righteous person and a sick person becomes a healthy person. To meet the Lord, we must hold on to the word of the Bible and believe.

And we can meet the Lord in prayer. We can also meet during worship services.

Some meet while serving the least. Some people do not meet when they are going well, but meet when they fail and are discouraged and frustrated. The Lord is still alive today. He speaks to us.

Anyone come to me, and I will give you rest...Believe in Him, Jesus. Together with the risen Lord, we too will become children of the resurrection.

5. We gain the kingdom of God only through the resurrected Jesus. It never dies. (John 11:25-26, John 5:24-29) -

The Bible declares that all people will be resurrected. Those who believe will, of course, be resurrected. And unbelievers will also be resurrected. There are two types of revival. There is a resurrection of judgment in which the wicked are resurrected, and there is a resurrection of life in which the good people are resurrected.

Therefore, saints, we must believe in the resurrection. And you need to know that you have to die well to be resurrected.

There is no way to live without dying. Paul said that I die daily.

Even in your home, when you die, you live. Even in the church, if the deacons and priests die, the church will live.

Kill the blood, kill the lust, kill the pride of this life. Everything that seeks the flesh is killed on the cross. That way you will come alive. I am full of hope.

Easter. You are happy to hear this wonderful news.

Let's spread this wonderful news all over the world. And let's not be shaken and live a living faith. Let's not be the same as the dead, and let's be renewed every day. Hallelujah!
