Title: Jesus Resurrection Victory! (Mt 28:1-10)
Contents In Matthew 28, there are women who are afraid of angels when they see them.
There is a reason why women are afraid when they see angels.
First, it is because women go together at dawn to anoint the body of the dead.
In Mark 16:1, we go to the tomb to anoint the Lord at dawn with spices.
Men don't want to touch a dead body either, but do women have the only way to go to the tomb at dawn? Second, there are many concerns. In Mark 16:2, we are concerned about who will roll the great stone out of the tomb. Three days ago, when the Lord was buried in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea, he wrapped it in linen cloth and rolled a large stone to block it. (Matthew 27:59-60) Third, at that moment, a great earthquake occurred and an angel came down from heaven and laid the stone on the stone. The men sitting and guarding were almost dead. Women who come to the tomb anxiously for the body at dawn and are not afraid of the great earthquake, the angels, and the men standing upright are frightened, almost like dead women, are not people. Even the men are almost dead (verse 2). But the angel tells them not to be afraid.
First, they say that they know that the one they are looking for is Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:5Ha Do not be afraid, I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified! God who sent the angel knowing that those who instigate or abet Jesus to be crucified, or those who guard the tomb, will be afraid, trembling, or almost dead, but those who love and seek him crucified need not fear. You need to know that you all know.
Second, because He did not die, but rose again as He said. When he dies, it smells and scares you, but since the close and loving Lord has risen, do not be afraid and come to the place where He lay. See what I said to you before here! It is to be seen clearly by comparison. Look at the place where the burial was held right here. (Verse 6) Third, not only that, but now, let's go quickly here and tell the disciples not to be afraid, but to tell them the wonderful news of joy, according to the promise of the Lord and his disciples, to Galilee As you go, I told you to pass it on to me so I can see you there.
The background of the angel reassuring him not to be afraid is that 1) he knows all the hearts of the women who came to seek the Lord and overcame their fears at dawn 2) that the Lord told his disciples about the resurrection and that he would go to Galilee after he rose again He promised to meet him there in Matthew 26:32, and the angels know all of this. 3) The really amazing thing is that the Lord said that the angels knew not only that the Lord suffered on the cross, but that the Lord spoke to His disciples. It is surprising to know that we know information that we cannot know unless we hear from the risen Lord about his quiet promises to go to Galilee and to find out about the place where the Lord lay in the tomb and for the first time in their lives when the angel told him not to be afraid. He left the tomb with fear and great joy at the wonderful news of the resurrection of God and ran toward the disciples.
Then the resurrected Lord met the women.
Are you at peace? The startled women took hold of the Lord's feet and worshiped him.
The Lord said.
Do not be afraid, go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee. You will see me there! As Jesus said, He suffered on the cross and rose from the dead three days after He was buried. On the first day after the Sabbath, at dawn, at dawn, he destroyed the tomb and the authority of death...
But who did the resurrected Lord meet first? Women in fear were the first to meet.
Because I loved and found the Lord who died on the cross.
Even though you were crucified, you know that you suffered because of me, and you know that the Lord has risen for those you love. I went to the grave quietly at dawn with incense...
God made these women the first to announce and preach the resurrection of the Lord.
First, he allowed us to meet an angel. While the people guarding the tomb were almost dead and trembling, I met an angel and had a conversation, and I went to the place where Jesus lay first. The angels heard of the Lord's resurrection.
Second, I came to know what the Lord had said before suffering, and I remembered the very secret promise He had made only to the disciples, and I came to know that He rose from the dead as He had said. The word of the Lord came to be believed.
Third, I met the resurrected Lord in person. Even if there are signs and certainty, it was a direct encounter with the Lord of the Resurrection to become certain of a rare event.
Why do we have to meet the risen Lord? First, those who live without knowing the Lord's resurrection have no choice but to live their lives in surprise and fear.
Don't be afraid! Both the angels and the Lord speak. It is a saying not to be afraid in front of the soldiers trembling in front of the earthquake by the tomb at dawn. A new world, a quiet environment, the fear of nowhere, death is his king. Shaking in the face of death is something everyone is afraid of. The Lord said. Fear only the God who judges both body and soul! Otherwise, you will be afraid of the one who controls the body. Those who are not afraid of people are those who have met the risen Lord.
Second, true joy exists only in those who have met the risen Lord.
Death is fear and anxiety. Those who have overcome death have nothing to fear.
When there is joy from the true Lord, there is room, tolerance, and waiting.
Why are you easily irritable, irritable, angry, and impatient? It is because there is no joy at the source. The joy of the soul...great joy...the joy from the Lord...the joy of overcoming death and giving is the only way to serve, educate, dedicate, and bear fruit.
third. you'll know what to do.
They wander and wander because they do not know why life was born. The Lord revealed Himself to the women who knew the Lord's resurrection as an angel and went to testify to His disciples. The woman who awakens the apostles is the apostle among the apostles. The Lord is the King to pretend to be human beings who are busy living today. The true king who rules over death, the eternal king, the king of life, the king of wealth...
To the women who testify of the Lord, no, to anyone who testifies of the Lord as king today, the risen Lord accompanies the Lord today. He was the first to testify to the world.
Today, I pray in the name of the resurrected Lord that all of us will bear witness to the whole world of the resurrection of the Lord and become saints who walk with the risen Lord forever. Amen
