Title: Jesus, the Source of Eternal Salvation!

Contents

There are two kinds of salvation. One is salvation in this world and the other is salvation in the other world. Salvation that belongs to this world is visible salvation, and salvation that belongs to another world is invisible.

Visible salvation is temporary, invisible salvation is eternal. It is the same as the words of the evidence that it is written, “It is not the things seen, but the things that are not seen, that we look for, but those things that are not seen are temporary, but those things that are not seen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:18). Visible salvation is the salvation of flesh and blood, and invisible salvation is the salvation of the soul.

Visible and invisible salvation are like a family member, but visible salvation is salvation that fulfills the desires of the flesh, and invisible salvation is salvation that fulfills the desires of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, He testified, “The desire of the flesh is against the Spirit, and the desire of the Spirit is against the flesh, because these two oppose each other, so that you cannot do what you want” (Galatians 5:17). Even now, I say this with tears in my eyes, that many act as enemies of the cross of Christ” (Philippians 3:18).

If Jesus had come only as a savior of this world, then he should have been the king of this world. Jesus did not become the source of salvation by saving flesh and blood from visible diseases and poverty, but He became the source of eternal salvation by saving souls from sin and death.

It is written, "While he was in the flesh, he offered up supplications and supplications with loud cries and tears to him who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence. He became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him, and was called by God high priest in the order of Melchizedek” (Hebrews 5:7-10).

Through one man's disobedience, sin entered the world, and death through sin. Therefore, it is appointed for man to die once. Because the children of God, who belong to blood and flesh, fear to die, God sent His Son into the world in the likeness of sinful flesh to be the source of eternal salvation in order to take away the sin and death of bondage throughout life.

Had he not received a body like men, a new and living way could never have been opened to men, and he could not have been the source of eternal salvation for those who obey him, all who believe in him.

The evidence that He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey Him is the word that He is the beginning of eternal salvation. The Bible testifies that heresy, that is, the end is different, that it is not like Jesus, who became the source of eternal salvation.

Therefore, the Bible says, "After admonishing a person belonging to a cult, after admonishing it once or twice, keep away from it" (Titus 3:10), God said as an apostle, and also, "...and false prophets have arisen in the private sector. In the same way, there are false prophets among you. There will be teachers, who are the ones who will quietly bring in destructive heresies, denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on their own impending destruction” (2 Peter 2:1).

If the first fruit and the next fruit are different, this is heresy. Jesus is the firstfruits of all who will receive eternal salvation. “If in this life our hope is only in Christ, we are of the most pitiful place among all. But now Christ has risen from the dead and became the firstfruits of those who sleep. And, since death came through a man, so also the resurrection of the dead comes through a man. As all died in Adam, so in Christ all will be made alive, but each one in his own turn, first Christ the firstfruits, then the advent of Christ. The truth is testifying that he was assigned to him when he did this, and after that, when he has destroyed all principalities and all authority and power and dedicated the kingdom to God the Father” (1 Corinthians 15:19-24).

In other words, there is no eternal salvation for those who do not have the image of Christ, who is the source of eternal salvation. It is only through the law of faith that the image of Christ, who is the source of eternal salvation, is realized. It is the same as the words of the proof, which is written, "Where then is there room to boast? by what law or by works, but not by the law of faith" (Romans 3:27).

The source of eternal salvation comes from man. “For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead also comes through a man” (1 Corinthians 15:21). Amen, thank you, the Son of Man. Thank you, Lord, for being the source of eternal salvation.
