Title: John 13:28 - These Words
Contents
None of those sitting knew what he meant by these words.
but no one at the meal understood why Jesus said this to him.
1. What God is doing
God made you speak.
God has made it possible for us to speak.
What did God mean to say?
When God made these words to be said, He made them speak with what meaning.
Jesus said these words because he knew that Satan had entered into Judas as soon as he had dipped a piece of bread and gave it to Judas. Until now, the devil had only put the thought of selling Jesus into Judas' heart. Now that he knew that Satan had entered into it, Jesus said to Judas, Do what you are doing quickly. Even Satan was well aware of the words of God from the Garden of Eden. I also heard the words of Jesus quoted through the psalmist by Judas. Satan went directly into Judas with the heart of who the descendants of the serpent and the descendants of the woman were, but he did not know the meaning of these words. This speaks only of the wisdom of God in secret, which has been hidden, which God foreordained for our glory before the ages. This wisdom crucified the Lord of Glory because none of the rulers of this generation knew.
(1) What did he mean by these words, among those who sat
God made me sit down.
God had Jesus' disciples sit down with him at the dinner table. This so-called Last Supper was where Jesus and his disciples sat together. Jesus got up, took off his cloak, put a towel around his waist, poured water into a basin, and washed the disciples' feet. Jesus had already cleansed his disciples, even his whole body, head, and hands, but his feet were still dirty, so he even washed their feet. Only then, he said that it was right for them to wash each other's feet while washing their feet as well as they had to do with the disciples. The reason Jesus made the disciples sit down like this and even washed their feet was so that those who knew this and did it might be blessed.
God made these words known from among those who sat down.
Jesus did not end with just washing the disciples' feet. Jesus not only washed the feet of his disciples, but also soaked bread and gave it to those who would sell him. He did this not only to fulfill the given word, but also to make it known who was trying to sell Jesus to John, who depended on the heart of Jesus because of Simon Peter's head. It was because only John at that time realized the love of Jesus, not to let everyone who sat down to know who was trying to sell Jesus, but only to John, who trusted in the heart of Jesus.
(2) No one knows what he meant
God did not let you know.
God is all-powerful, and if you block it, no one will know. The reason the world crucified Jesus was because God did not let them know the mystery, so they crucified Jesus. If the world had known the secret that God had hidden, Jesus would never have been crucified. He would not have neglected the opening of the age of salvation by nailing Jesus to the cross. The serpent is also wise, and the descendants of the serpent are as wise as the serpent. However, because the omniscient and almighty God kept them from knowing, Satan entered Judas and made Judas sell Jesus.
God made no one to know.
No one knew about God's plan for His Son Jesus to be crucified. Satan simply thought that his descendants and the descendants of women would fight back and forth just like in the kingdom of heaven. Since I had already been defeated once, I sharpened my teeth in the Garden of Eden so as to never be defeated on this earth. But God used the method of bringing Jesus to the cross by bruising the serpent's head. But the serpent only bruised Jesus' heel at best, because this secret was kept secret.
2. The heart of God
You want to be a person who knows the word well.
God has made it possible now.
God caused Jesus, who came from a woman, to be crucified by bruising the head of a serpent. But God kept it a secret. Because if Satan had known this, he would not have crucified Jesus. Even when Jesus showed his disciples that he had to suffer many things from the elders, chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised on the third day, Satan asked Peter not to do so. Then Jesus said to Peter, ?쏥et behind me, Satan, you are a stumbling block to me. You said that you do not think about the things of God, but rather the things of men. Even though Satan knew the Word, he only knew it limitedly, and he did not believe even what he knew, so he only made it known to God's people.
Matthew 11:25 ?쏛t that time Jesus answered and said, ?쏤ather, Lord of heaven and earth, I thank you that you hide these things from the wise and prudent and reveal them to little children.??
God reveals these words to a child
Jesus hid His Word from those who consider themselves wise and prudent in the so-called world. On the contrary, God revealed it to little children. This is the Father's will. Because the Father gave everything to Jesus, no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those who receive revelations according to the Son's wishes.
3. Who God is
You are the one who knows the word
God makes the words of Jesus know what they mean, but He made it impossible for anyone to know except those who receive revelations according to the wishes of Jesus, the Son.
4. Traces of Jesus (Confession and Sharing)
(1) The blood of Jesus - Those who thought they were wise or prudent without knowing the Word
(2) The life of Jesus - Every time you know the meaning of the word through the word, your son's wish will come true
5. Prayer
Even though I know these words every day
Help me to become a person who knows my son's wishes
They discouraged themselves because they did not know the value of the word.
Make me a child according to your son's wish
The things I couldn't tell you the way I found out
Make me a commandment keeper according to your son's wishes.
forgive me
Help me to become a teacher according to the wishes of my son.
