Title: John 6:8 - Asking Jesus

Contents

One of the disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, said to Jesus,

Another of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, spoke up,

1. What God Does

God has already answered man's circumstances, but man does not know God's answer because he does not know God's answer. Even if a person reveals questions about God, he does not reveal it through the Word of God, but only within the boundaries of his thoughts, so some words are accepted and others are not accepted at all. A person's thoughts, values, thoughts, and experiences cannot take precedence over the Word of God. Nevertheless, most people do not want to kneel under God's Word, even substituting God's Word according to their own thoughts. They put their thoughts first and try to use the Word of God to show them. God's Word is not for use. Rather, it is the person who should be used. The object that should be used for the word of God is man, a creature.

Asking questions of Jesus is like asking God. When Jesus created the world with the Word from the beginning, He was a partaker in the creation. While Jesus was in the flesh, God was with him. God was in Jesus Jesus was in God. No matter what Jesus said, he never said it voluntarily. Jesus preached only what God had told him to do. When Jesus did anything, he did it only after seeing what God was doing. Asking Jesus and hearing the answer from Jesus is like hearing an answer from God. Jesus and God do separate things, but they work as one body. Jesus' answer is God's answer because they work as one body. Because we work as one.

All of the things Jesus already answered when we asked Jesus are recorded in the Word. Any questions, any words, any way, are already recorded in the Word. It's just that people don't know Jesus' answer, that is, God's answer, through the Word or through other things, or because they don't want to know it at all. God has already answered everything through His Word. So is Jesus. No matter what someone says, they have already answered all of those words. That is why the Word cannot add or subtract a single character. If the word is not perfect, one character can be added or subtracted. You can add or subtract not only one character, but also two or more characters. The reason that Jesus made it impossible to add or subtract one character was because he had already recorded everything, whether it was Jesus’ own answer or God’s direct answer, as well as the written word was a perfect word.

(1) One of the disciples said to Jesus,

If you have difficulty with the words of Jesus even though you claim to be a disciple of Jesus, you are following Jesus for other purposes, not just hearing His words and following Him. If you pray in the name of Jesus, your life will be much easier, and you are a person who wants to follow Jesus. Shortly thereafter, such a person betrays Jesus. They do not gather together with Jesus, but rather oppose them, and in the end they only become harmers. Jesus came to this world to leave behind His Word. Few have seen Jesus. Even at the time of Jesus, not all Jews had seen Jesus. Nevertheless, the words of Jesus were preached throughout the world. If you are one of the disciples, you should ask Jesus when you have a question and become a person who learns through the word.

(2) Immediately Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, said to Jesus,

One of Jesus' disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, asked Jesus. No matter how much you feel, if you ask questions to Jesus, all your problems will be solved. However, nothing has changed by asking people or the world instead of asking Jesus. When you ask people or the world, it seems that things have changed right away, but in reality, nothing has changed. What has changed by asking people or the world is not change, but change. It may seem like a great change from the outside, but God doesn't even consider it a change when he asks people or the world.

If you believe in Jesus, you should no longer ask questions of people or the world. We must not repeat such foolishness. We should only ask God and ask in the name of Jesus. With the help of the Holy Spirit, we must find the answer from the Word. Otherwise, they just insist that their thoughts are answers. Simon Peter's brother Andrew knew that Jesus was asleep. A great crowd came to Jesus, but Philip's answer did not give him an answer. Andrew also thought similarly to Philip, but he knew that only Jesus could solve the problem. That's why I asked Jesus. Only Jesus can solve all the problems of this world. Nevertheless, even those who believe do not ask Jesus about it, but run to people or the world and repeatedly ask questions. I often ask before the name of counseling or before the name of a discipline that has been systematically established by people. But, knowing that all those who ask questions and those who answer them are only creatures, we must become those who ask questions of Jesus.

2. The heart of God

He wants to be a questioner of Jesus.

God has opened the way for healing through His Son Jesus. Even if you pray, He wants you to be the one who will receive answers to your questions by praying with the Word. Philip's answer was a very worldly answer. It was a common-sense answer that anyone could give. On the other hand, Andrew's answer was not a common-sense answer, but a question he asked, believing that Jesus was the key to all problems. He wants to be a person who asks Jesus only when there is something he needs to do. All answers have already been written down in the Word, so he wants to be a person who finds answers in the Word. He wants you not to become a person who seeks out people who are not the Word and asks questions to the world.

Matthew 9:14 "At that time John's disciples came to Jesus and said, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples do not fast?"

John's disciples came to Jesus and said, Why did we and the Pharisees fast, but your disciples did not fast? Jesus told us that the wedding guests cannot mourn while the groom is with them. But the day will come when the bridegroom will be taken away. At that time, there was no one who fasted and put pieces of raw linen on old clothes. It is said that the strained thing pulls on the clothes, adding to the separation, and new wine is not put into old wineskins, otherwise the wineskins will burst and the wine will be spilled and the wineskins will be thrown away. . Because John's disciples did not ask questions of others, they were able to receive complete answers.

3. Who God is

You are the one who asked Jesus

God is the one who made it possible for him to be relaxed in his Son Jesus. Jesus is the one who has already answered any answer with the word through the word.

4. Traces of Jesus (Confession and Sharing)

(1) The blood of Jesus - What you did not ask Jesus

(2) The life of Jesus - What we decided to ask Jesus

5. Prayer

It's easy if you ask Jesus.

Ask a person or the world

It wasn't enough, so I added something else

forgive me

Like John's disciples, ask Jesus

Trust me that you will answer whatever you ask.

Help me to be someone who gets answers through the Word

Help me to be one who receives answers through prayer
