Title: Last Harvest

The Last Harvest (Revelation 14)
Many heretics tempt them by saying that the number of their denominations is 144,000. This is the devil's temptation to misunderstand the Bible. This number represents God's people
It is a symbolic number. In this Revelation, the gathering of those who will be saved at the end of the world is likened to a harvest, harvesting grain and planting clusters of grapes
There are two types of harvest.
1. Those who stood on Mount Zion (the saved grain)
We saw a vision in chapter 13 where the saints all over the world would suffer the tribulation of the Antichrist. In this situation, God has a vision that ultimately guarantees the victory of the saints.
This is to show the victory of salvation through the vision of the harvest in chapter 14 of this chapter.
1, 'Mount Zion' is a mountain located to the southwest of Jerusalem. This is the place where the City of David used to be. Looking at verse 3, it means heaven.
“They sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders, and no one was able to learn this song except the one hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.”
First, the '144,000' are the people who have been saved (144,000=12×12×1,000). Some interpreters see the rapture of the 144,000 in Chapter 7, but the people in Chapter 7
It is different because it has received the 'seal of God' and the names of the Lamb and its father are written here.
In other words, it refers to both the Jews who believed in Jesus (his father's name) and the Gentile Christians (the Lamb), and it especially refers to the resurrection victory of the saints who died first (4). Because verse 13
This is because the harvest of the living saints will come out later (verse 4, the first ripe fruits).
Who will stand on Mount Zion?
1) Those with a clear sense of identity
1 “And I saw, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and four and forty-four thousand standing with him, with the name of the Lamb and the name of its father written on his forehead.”
2) The 144,000 are people who live according to the words of the Lord, 'wherever he leads' (4). Especially when it is called 'the firstfruits', it means to God and the Lamb.
They appear to be Jews, converted Christians and Gentile Christians.
Those who did not receive the 666 mark of the Antichrist, did not receive his economic and political guidance, and lived only with the guidance of the Lord, centered on the church and centered on the Bible.
12, 'Here is the patience of the saints, who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.'
3) Those who lived in the truth
5, 'There was no lie in their mouth, and they were blameless.'
Not everyone who believes in Jesus and goes to church becomes God's people. James emphasizes that believing is not complete by form alone. That's right. texture
Nose faith does not ignore the right deeds of faith.
Truth is true, and God's law is not unclean or unrighteous. Even in the world, it is right for believers to live truely.
To live is to be punished.
Although not a socialist religion, Christians who practice law cannot become God's people. It's not that moralists get saved, it's a Christian who lives by practicing lawlessness.
A church member is not a biblical believer.
In the last days, even if people lie against the truth, there is no tension and no reflection due to insensitivity. Even though the church is doing illegal things like the world, they do not repent. hemp
In the last days, like the priests who killed Jesus, the church is trying to change the holy truth of God into the world. pluralism and secularism
Even if it is turbid in this church, it does not budge. This is the end-time phenomenon.
2. The Angel's Last Evangelism
Several angels appear in the book of Revelation. It appears a lot in this chapter, but at the end of the last world, an angel flying around the world of the gospel at once will finish the evangelism.
It was foretold.
The evangelism of this angel...
People mistake the territorial sea for human evangelism, but no matter how much people do evangelism, an angel ends it.
On the day of His coming, the last evangelism angel will do it.
6, 'Another angel is in the air', but the angel in chapter 12 was Michael, and this seems to be another angel, Gabriel, who was in charge of the gospel.
7, "Fear God and glorify Him" is the cry of the God who judges.
Luke 1:19 "The angel answered and said, "I am Gabriel, who stands before God; I have been sent to tell you this good news."
3. The Last Harvest (Grain and Grape Clusters)
1) Grain (Saint)
14-16, the scene of harvesting the grain, is the content of saving the saints.
The 'angel like the son of man' sitting on a white cloud is mistaken for Jesus, but if you look closely, he is not Jesus, but a harvesting angel.
* Matthew 3:12 “He will clear his threshing floor with his rudder in his hand, gathering the wheat into the barn, and burning the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
Jeremiah 51:33 “This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: Babylon the daughter of Babylon is like an early threshing floor, and soon the harvest time will come.”
* Matthew 13:38-39 'The field is the world, the good seed are the sons of the kingdom, the weeds are the sons of the evil one, the enemy who sowed the weeds is the devil, the harvest is the end of the world, and the reapers are
angels'
* Matthew 13:41 “The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will bring out all the stumbling blocks and those who practice lawlessness from the kingdom.”
* Matthew 24:31 “He will send his angels with the sound of a loud trumpet, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
A summary of the harvest angels.
(1) It is an angel wearing a golden crown, and the crown worn by Jesus is the original Greek word for diademata, that is, glory, honor, mark of sovereignty, and crown.
Panus is the laurel wreath of victory, so the angel reaping the grain here is probably Michael who won the battle in heaven in chapter 12.
(2) Obviously, the reapers are said to be angels (Matthew 13:39,40).
(3) This angel had a sickle, but in the Bible, Jesus had the sword of the Word (Revelation 1:16).
(4) If the angel in the text is Jesus, then some angel must gather grain to Jesus! It is a question of whether you can give a command (15, 'Switch your sickle and reap!').
(5) In 10:1, as some people saw the second coming of Jesus in the air, this verse also looks similar, so if you interpret it as Jesus, the second coming of Jesus appears several times. Second Coming
The real Jesus is clearly explained in chapter 19.
'A two-sided sickle' is a sharp sickle for harvesting grain, and it is God's will to ensure salvation.
2) A bunch of grapes of wrath
We need to be careful when deciphering what is said in parables in the Bible. Some people unconditionally interpret the Bible as a metaphor and ignore history.
Things that confuse the saints with this are still happening today.
For example, the cluster of grapes in the text means the world of unbelief where God will judge.
Therefore, the commonly known fruit of the vine refers to the saints and their deeds, but this is not the case here. The serpent is sometimes compared to Satan,
Matthew 10:16 “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.”
If you interpret it as , you will get a lot of misunderstandings. Be careful.
(1) The Babylonianism of fornication will be destroyed
The world knows that it is wise to live illegally. Symbolic Babylonism and Romanism mean secularism. It is not that there is Babylon in the last days, but such three
Those who live according to a life apart from God's law will perish due to the unrighteous conduct of the province.
8, “Another angel, the second, followed after them, saying, “Falled, fallen is Babylon the great, who fed all the nations with the wine of wrath because of her fornication.
did it all'
The great city is the fallen Jerusalem, where the Antichrist has already reigned.
2 Thessalonians 2:4 “He opposes and exalts himself in self-defense, which is called God in all things, but to be worshiped, and sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.”
(2) Those who worshiped idols
9-10 “Another angel, the third, followed after him, saying with a loud voice, If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he
I will drink the wine of your wrath, which has been poured unmixed into the cup of his wrath, and will be tormented with fire and brimstone before the holy angels and before the Lamb.”
(3) Perishing bunches of grapes
18-20, the angel gathered the ripe grapes and threw them into the 'great winepress' of God's wrath, indicating that they were sent as God's judgment.
This is the form of punishment. When the blood reaches the bridle of the horse, an enormous amount of blood flows, which is the result of harsh punishment.
'Outside the city' is said to have spread out to 1600 stadia outside Jerusalem, that is, outside the realm of the saved people.
However, in 4×10×4×10, 4 is east, west, north, south, and 4×10, 10 is the fullness of the world.
Thus, in the last days, there are two kinds of harvest, first for the salvation of the saints, the harvest for the harvest, and the second for the destruction of judgment as if framing the grapes that symbolize unbelievers
It is the harvest of the world. Before these terrible things happen, the saints have already been saved by God's grace from verse 1, and the scene of hope in which they will be raptured and receive resurrection and eternal life.
It was given first.
The world is going in such a way that this and that are all good. Even if it is reconciliation and love, is God like this in the past, now or in the future? Is it that?
He will come and judge you. The world has the illusion that God has no judgment, but it's all right. God is love, but he does not receive that love, but he follows
If we follow the thoughts of Christ, there will be judgment.
On that day, the saints of God will sing the hymn of salvation that the world does not know, on Mount Zion, the hymn of the present salvation and the hymn of eternal life. part
D. As we live in these last days, we know that only God is the true God and that only the Bible is the true law. We are wary of the ideas of the world and stand firm on God’s side and win.
I wish you all the best.
