Title: Learn Obedience Through Suffering and Become Perfect!

Text/ Matthew 24:13, James 1:1-4, 12-18, Hebrews 5:7-10,

1. Introduction

There are hardships in life. There is no life without suffering. Man himself is a mass of suffering and suffering. That is why it is often called 八苦. The suffering of being born, the suffering of old age, the suffering of illness, the suffering of death, the suffering of not meeting the person you want to meet, the suffering of meeting the person you do not want to meet, the suffering of not being able to achieve what you want, the suffering of things you do not want at all.

Even Jesus, the Son of God, suffered hunger, the betrayal of his beloved disciple, the accusations and conspiracies of the established rulers, the disciples who did not understand, and death while he was in the flesh. The text says, “Even though he was a son, he learned obedience through what he suffered and was made perfect,” Hebrews 6:8-9.

Suffering and suffering are the inevitable prerequisites of our lives, our destiny, our existence interwoven together in our very being. The question is, how do you deal with this pain and suffering? How do you deal with it? How will you respond? is to do

2. What does the Bible say about this problem of suffering and suffering?

*But he who endures to the end will be saved Matthew 24:13.

*Consider it all joy when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces patience, and perfect your endurance, so that you may be completely and equipped so that you may not lack anything James 1:2- 4.

*Blessed is he who endures temptation, for after being approved by this he will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. James 1:12.

*Brothers, be patient until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, and is patient, waiting for the early rain and the latter rain. James 5:7.

*Do not marvel at the fiery trial that comes to try you, as if something strange happened to you, but rejoice in your participation in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may rejoice and rejoice when His glory is revealed. 1 Peter 4:12-13 .

*Only he knows the way I go; and when he has tried me, I will come forth as gold. Job 23:10.

What do all these words testify? It is to be made perfect through suffering.

3. How will we deal with suffering and suffering?

first. Suffering and suffering should be taken for granted. The goddess of happiness and the goddess of unhappiness are twin sisters. It's called 好事多魔. There are always hardships and pains in life. Therefore, as it is said in Eggle, do not hope that the body is free from disease Don't expect to be distracted while studying. Don't expect others to follow you. Don't expect too much profit. Don't try to reveal it because you're embarrassed. Don't expect things to be easy. What does it mean? It means that in life there are trials and tribulations.

second. When hardship and pain come, be bold in your heart and open your heart, and say, come, you hardship, and your steep destiny. Say you don't know how happy you are to meet like this. Welcome and rejoice. Because suffering is a dangerous opportunity to take my life to a higher level. So, he told me to rejoice.

third. Do not be afraid of hardship and pain, and look closely. Open your eyes wide and see where this suffering and pain came from. Is it an external cause? Is it an internal cause? Is it a God-given trial? Satan's temptation? Then it starts showing up. If you see it, you can avoid it, overcome it, or win.

4. What are the benefits of suffering and suffering?

It's mid-March now, and the weather is below freezing these days, and the wind is very strong. It is a typical flower spring cold. It is said that the stronger the cold and spring wind blows, the stronger the tree will grow that year.

So is our life. It is a way to mature as much as it hurts. Whether it be physical or spiritual, only those who have passed through the tunnel of suffering and suffering can achieve great physical and spiritual maturity. A person who sits down in the wind of hardship and pain, sighs, gives up, and falls down hoping that someone will help him, will never grow.

Therefore, Prime Minister Winston Churchill of England was invited to give a congratulatory speech at the award ceremony at Oxford, where he gave the shortest but most memorable and famous speech, <Never, Never, Never, Never, Never, Never, Never, Give Up!>. Never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never give up! You'll have to remember again that he repeated the word Never seven times.

4. Closing story

Everyone hates suffering and pain. But the Bible says. You can learn obedience through suffering and become perfect. Conversely, this saying also means that without suffering, we cannot be perfected. Oh, what a heartbreaking paradox truth!
