Title: Leave the Water Bucket

Leave the bucket of contents

Last week I told you that we must worship in spirit and in truth. I need to explain the words in spirit and in truth a little more. The word “in spirit and in truth” means “in spirit and truth” in English. In other words, it can be said in spirit and truth. He said that worshiping with the truth means knowing who Jesus is and worshiping with a sincere heart. It is said that only those who have worshiped in the Spirit know the same as those who have eaten pizza know the taste of pizza. However, I need to explain it in a bit more detail.

Let's all look at 1 Corinthians 14:14.

The woman spoke of the Messiah when Jesus said that we must worship in spirit and in truth, that is, with all our spirit and with all our heart. Let's read verse 25 together. Jesus answered, "I am he who speaks to you." Hearing this, the woman knew who she was talking to. The woman left her water jar and ran to the town. I even cried. "Come, see the man who told me all that I have done. Isn't this the Christ?"

What would it mean for a woman to leave her water jar behind? The woman came to Jacob's well with a water jar and drew water. Whenever she was thirsty, she looked for a watering trough from Jacob's well. The water jar was the means by which Jacob's well was pumped. A means of pumping up water that is thirsty again after eating or drinking. Everyone! What kind of water bowl do you have? What bucket do you use to quench your thirst? Do you like pure manga? Or, aren't you using an arcade or computer game bucket? Everyone! Throw that bucket away. No matter how much water you draw from Jacob's well with that water jar, your thirst will not be quenched. Have a real encounter with Jesus. Only a true encounter with Jesus can quench your thirst.

What did the woman say when she left her water jar and went to those who were accusing her and accusing her? Yes, I said come. Those who had truly met Jesus did not need other words. come and see Is this not Christ? If you truly experience an encounter with Jesus, "Come to our church. Jesus will meet you through worship, through the Word, and through prayer." you could say I pray that you will truly meet the Lord through worship, the Word, and prayer.

Let's pray...
