Title: Lessons from the Centurion's Faith

Bible: Matthew 8:5-13

Introduction >>

Today, we would like to share grace with you through the words of the text entitled “Lessons through the Centurion's Faith.”

A few years ago there was a line from a movie called “Number Three” that reads:

A person in the organization asks his girlfriend.

“How much do you trust me?

Then my girlfriend said.

“I trust you 100%. Then how much do you trust me?”

“I believe 51%.”

If we look at the words of verse 6 of the text,

"He said, "Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed and in great pain."

And if we look at the words of verse 8,

“The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy to come into my house.”

These words are to confess that a servant lying paralyzed at home or a centurion himself is insignificant, unable to stand before Jesus.

We are living a life of shame every day before God.

When you realize the value of your existence, you can come to Jesus.

During the praise, “There is ....
