Title: Lessons from the Trumpet Disaster

"Comprehensive lessons from the trumpet disaster"

Revelation 9:13-19

① God always marks a clear period in the course of history.

Revelation 8:5 says, “It was poured out… It was good,” he said. In Revelation 8:7, it is said that the first angel blew his trumpet, and hail and fire mixed with blood “came out” and “poured out” on the earth. Result "Sir-in-law... son-in-law... It was a son-in-law,” he said. Revelation 8:8 says, “Something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea… become blood... die... I woke up.” Revelation 8:10-11 says, “A great star fell from the sky, burning like a torch, and fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water… A third of the waters became wormwood, and many people died because the waters became bitter.” Revelation 8: “A third of the stars were spit… It's getting dark... Let’s take note of the words “it was so.”

This fact is decisive.

It is a word that indicates an end and a firm progress that cannot be turned back, withheld, or undone. It is a fact that is too necessary and a established fact that no one can protest or challenge. This is the fact that while he is the ruler of history, the providence of history that he performs is free from error, trial and error, or wrongdoing. Who other than God could put such a complete and definite end to an event?

② The true church in history has always been a prophet and a seer (Rev 8:1~5).

This is because God has given the church the grace of gnostic action that leads the world. Before God can exercise any judgment of wrath, He must first provide the grace that His people (the church) will receive.

When the sky is quiet for half an hour, it is the time when the prayers of the saints are put into the golden censer, and it is not the time to come up before the throne of God? After the golden censer containing the prayer went up to heaven, the vessel was filled with the fire of wrath and poured out on the earth. Even before the battle on the banks of the great river Euphrates, a voice came out of the forbidden area first (Rev 9:13).

At the beginning of the plague of seven men, the rider on a white horse took the lead (Rev 6:1~2).

In Revelation 7:1~4, didn't the work of sealing the foreheads of God's servants take priority?

Before Sodom was destroyed, didn't God first reveal the mystery of the terrible judgment to Abraham (Genesis 18:17)? God said that he would not hide from Abraham what he was about to do. God revealed the mystery to Noah before the judgment of the flood. God revealed the secret of the Exodus to Moses in a flame. So they were able to fulfill their mission as prophets and visionaries of that time.

Oh, what a blessing this is! Grace! A church ahead! It is clearly the church of the prophets. That church is the church that wakes up (prayer), the church that blows the trumpet to awaken the spiritual world, and the church that awakens people.

③ The function of the trumpet plague is a warning.

Hail and fire that strikes the earth (Rev 8:7), a burning mountain that strikes the sea (Rev 8:8), wormwood, a great star that kills rivers (Rev 8:10-11), the sun and moon that paralyzes its functions , the star (Rev 8:12), the locusts that move under the command of Abaddon (the star that fell from the sky) (Rev 9:1-11), and the battle of the great river Euphrates (Rev 9:13-19) are criminal It is the judgment of the abstract Lord who rules the world. Nevertheless, it is not yet the final threshing floor. It only destroys 1/3. Also, locusts add to the pain. The war on the great river Euphrates is killing 1/3 of the lives. This is a warning sign from God calling for human repentance. The church still has work to do in its mission, and the world has a chance to repent.

The true church of today will have to blow the trumpet with a clear sound. The sound of the trumpet will be a cry of salvation to those who receive it, and a warning to those who do not believe. The true church is to blow the trumpet to the world. It is also a sign of life that the church is alive.

④ The plague of the trumpet is also a revelation event that includes all generations.

This expression of revelation expresses the principle of redemptive revelation that judges evil and saves God's sealed people. At the same time, the concentration of disasters is expressed more deeply as the apocalypse runs, indicating the accessibility of the apocalypse.
