Wake up Jesus
(Matthew 8:23-27)
(…) Jesus was tired from teaching the truth to many people and healing the sick all day that day, so as soon as he got into the boat, he was sleeping peacefully in the cabin. After a while, I met the famous Galilean skoll (storm). But they were accustomed to the storm, and experienced sailors, so they could handle it. The violent winds and rough waves grew stronger and stronger. It was a difficult situation that even a good boat and a familiar sailor could not handle. They lost their confidence and could not contain the fear that crept into their hearts. The disciples are waking up Jesus, who is sleeping, and they are screaming for help because he is near death. Everyone! Let's think about today's situation. This era has met an unbearable storm. I don't think there has ever been a time when human life has become more complex and human society's relationships have been filled with distrust as it is today. Modern people choose two paths to overcome this desperate crisis. One is to believe in material things, and the other is to believe in people. These two are the philosophy of life that modern people have. Now, there are more materials, and people are very clever. But the world is getting more and more difficult. Still, foolish people think they can solve it. Politicians are politicians, business people are business people, religious people are religious… It's an illusion!
