Let's fly nicely / Acts 9:31

The reason chickens can't fly even though they have wings is because the function of the wings is disabled because they don't practice flying.

Wings do not all fly, but when we recognize the necessity to fly, have the will to fly, and practice flying with all our might, the wings can finally show their function and fly nicely. You must have wings to fly, but the wings do not move on their own without the will and effort to fly. Wings are the will of a creature with wings to fly with them, and through ceaseless efforts, they eventually fly high and cool.

Even if a Christian receives the Holy Spirit, he cannot dedicate himself, do not serve, and cannot serve.

The power of the Holy Spirit is very strong. That power is the power of Almighty God. However, not all Christians with the Holy Spirit show that power.

It is the Holy Spirit who works with power, but my will and effort must be present to reveal the power of the Holy Spirit. Just as the wings of a bird do not function and fly without the will and effort of a bird, so the Holy Spirit comes among us and ignores us and does not exercise His own power when we do not have our will and effort.

The Holy Spirit came to me to accomplish God's pleasing will by His power, but He never ignores me and does not control me according to His will. I must have my will to become an instrument of the Holy Spirit's power to accomplish God's will, and when I work with that will, the Holy Spirit works with power to accomplish God's will.

For Christians, the Holy Spirit is like the wings of a bird. And it is my will and effort that make those wings move. Just as a bird becomes a bird but a flightless bird without the will and effort to fly like a chicken, a Christian who has received the Holy Spirit without the will and effort to accomplish God's will through the power of the Holy Spirit is a Christian, but a Christian without power.

Dear saints, we are all people who have received the Holy Spirit. So I became a Christian. That is, those who have wonderful wings that can fly nicely.

Therefore, Acts 1:8 says, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem (Europe), and in all Judea (Korea), and Samaria (North Korea), and to the ends of the earth." When the Holy Spirit comes on you, you will have wings and you will be my witnesses as you fly around Europe and America, in all South Korea and North Korea, and to the ends of the earth.”

In fact, if there are no wings, how can we preach the gospel to all 360,000 people in Europe and America? How do you tell it to all South Korea, North Korea, and the whole world? In other words, it is impossible without the power of the Holy Spirit to appear.

We all have wings. The problem is my will and effort. We can all fly great. That is, you can be a wonderful witness of Christ. I want to fly nicely as a witness for Christ.

1. Charge yourself with the Word of God.

The Word of God strengthens, strengthens, and inspires our will. When I listen to, meditate on, and learn the word of God, the grace of God comes to me, and I experience a strong will that I can do it, and I experience a surge of strength.

2. Get strength through prayer.

When I listened to the Word, read it, and meditated on it, I felt grace, a strong will to do it, and a surge of strength, but when I go out into the world, I don't have the courage to stand up. There are many obstacles, too many hindering forces and temptations. There are times when I feel fearful and hesitant, and then all the grace I have been given is lost, making it difficult to sustain myself. Prayer strengthens the grace received and makes the fear disappear.

3. Practice through evangelism and fellowship.

Ultimately, the power of the Holy Spirit is to make me a witness of Christ through me. In other words, he works to save souls by evangelism. And, through evangelism, he makes them live a life of love, service, and sharing with the new members of the family.

Evangelism and fellowship are practicing to show the power of the Holy Spirit. It must be said that the reason that Christians cannot fly with wings is because they do not practice. I have no practice. I listened to the Word a lot, learned a lot, and prayed a lot, but I was neglecting evangelism, serving, sharing and giving.

The main thing in practice is not to be afraid of failure.

What if I evangelize and it doesn't work Rather, what if it doesn't work?

I said I love you, but what if I misunderstand you? I want to treat you! What do you do if you give me a pint glass saying "What do you treat me like that?" Wouldn't it be insulting to say less? Would you like to share but not be disappointed? If you're afraid of failure, you can't do anything.

Evangelism everyone, keep doing it. Please continue to serve. Continue to serve. Then it becomes very stylish.

Today's text reads, "So the churches of all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria were in peace, and they went on strong, and proceeded in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, and increased in number"

This is what our church is aiming for today. It is a church that is growing in number every day as the church is in peace and is standing strong, fearing the Lord and receiving the comfort of the Holy Spirit.

It was a phenomenon that the early church, who received the Holy Spirit, received grace through the Word of God, prayed diligently, shared and gave, and diligently evangelized. In other words, the church, which was equipped with the wings of the Holy Spirit, soared like an eagle and bore a lot of fruit.

Saints, we all have wings.

Let's strengthen our will through the Word and prayer, and repeat the practice of fellowship and evangelism, so that we too become like eagles soaring wonderfully like the early church, so that the church can stand strong and revived in peace.
